Most definitely water, there's so much you can do with it. It's calm and gentle, yet can still pack a punch. Plus, fire is often considered to be one of the strongest elements, but water puts out fire

I actually took a quiz on this once! Apparently I would control earth and nature. So plants and stuff I guess. What I find amusing is that I'm not really in touch with nature with my dislike of the sun being bright and hurting my eyes. I'd rather stay inside all day and game. But that's just me.

I would choose to control the element of earth so that way I can constantly threaten to move the Earth unless people give me what I want. Ohhh yeah.
I would control the element of Air, the ability to make lightning would be associated with such, to move like the wind as the wind, to shift into a haze of fog and slip under the cracks of doors and into the bank vaults. MmMmm free money.

I would control water. I love swimming and living in florida it would be useful to make the rain just not fall around me and clear puddles out of my way. Would make washing clothes easy too lol.

I would control fire, because fire is energy, and energy is the essence of life itself. I would use my powers to heal people, starting with my stepmom's fibromyalgia.

Water by far, I love water so very much, I've always loved being in the water. To have power over it would be amazing, the things I could do, the beauty I could create. Plus the human body is mostly water so I could stop any and all people who try to do me harm.

I'm going to go with fire, easily. Not only is it by far the best looking of the elements (assuming we're restricted the classical definition), pyromancy is, in essence, control of energy. Every other element is made of matter, but no, not fire. Fire is pure, raw energy. Energy which is around us in one form or another at all times. As such, controlling fire is the obvious best choice. And, you know, it looks awesome.

If we're assuming that we're limited to the classical four (And let's face it, that this control would work somewhat similar to that of the element bending in A:TLA) I think I'd go with water. Partly because it naturally appeals to me, but also because it seems to be one of the more versatile ones.

Getting into practical utilities, water would be the best for me, as I'm kinda lazy, if I can use it however I want it to, I would over douse (pun intended) the atmosphere, creating a damp world were dinosaurs and giant insects can live in (because logic). Finally, I would either pump the water in my system to rejuvenate my body composition and teorethically live forever!

Tough choice, but I think I'd go with air. Water is nice, it's all around us but usually in small quantities. Air on the other hand would enable me to travel fast anywhere I want. What's not to love?
