I just didn't like the fact there was no armor no bows they just took so much out i play fable lost chapters still (Fable II was still ok thou)

Fable.There were a lot of stupid things in Fable II.Like the dog, which was required for some parts and the choices at the end relating to that are also pretty stupid.Ranged and Melee combat is not balanced, guns are much stronger.Celery makes you lose weight, but tofu or running doesn't... wtfThere were no real choices to make, Fable had a much more distinct good/evil then the second did.

Sadly, Fable II was more limited than Fable in a few ways. So, I pick Fable.

I think fable 1 was good becsue it was more open in less but better ways.fable 2 was just cool because of the guns...

I'd have to say Fable 2. It had a Liminy Snicket's type of sense of humor. (Or however you spell his name.) It cracked me up at some points, and some parts of it are really messed up, like the Hobs being children that capture children to make more Hobs, then eat adults. The exp system was neat but straight to the point. What I didn't like was that you didn't get game over. Wtf? You died and it would give you a SCAR. There was pretty much no use. Lose? Well, just get up and attack some more.

In my opinion....Fable 1. I just like the fact that you could collect armour sets that had different allignments....You had more choices to make throughout the game.....There were also A LOT more weapons....In my opinion. If they decided to create a Fable 3.....They should give us the freedom of no boundarys picking our gender and using dyes on our clothing and hair...But bring back the bows and armours...Keep the larger landscape too. As for the dog....Sure I enjoyed having a companion with me throughout the game but....Needing to heal him up whenever he got injured to end that yelping he did was just unnecessary. Being able to have children is a nice touch but they never get older than being a short little toddler following you around saying "Daddy/Mommy"....Especially if you wife glitches after the kid gets captured by hobbs (like mine) and she completely disapears......But thats enough from me for now

Fable, no armor in fable 2, i didnt mind the dog but i wished it would have done more, ending sucked in fable 2 and it seemed just as short.

Yeah, I think Fable was better, I didn't really like the ending for fable II, I expected an epic battle, not some trash kill him in one shot ending.

i'd go for fable II since it had, albeit somewhat broken, multiplayer. also, there's going to be DLC for it and i doubt there's going to be new content for the first fable except for possibly on the pc, but even then probably not.

I prefer the graphics and magic of Fable II, but the choices were too obvious as to the good and evil. Fable I achieved that moral ambiguity that made it so intriguing.

I think Fable 1 is better than Fable 2, especialy because there was no ending fight.... The one in Fable 1 was nice, we had more big fights all along the game not like in Fable 2. I give some points to Fable 2, for the magics, not as much as in the 1 but it was really powerfull, and the guns were pretty cool to use too

Fable was def better than II considering that it just was missing alot of things that i was expecting, but i don't hate it, it does have some cool features in it so half and half but i'd still play fable I over II

I love the newly added parts to fable 2 but i disliked how easy it was to become evil and good.I wish they would of made it harder to get things like legendary weapons

I pick Fable, Fable 2 left a lot to be desired. Yes you can run off the open path but when you do you tend to not find anything, not even an enemy. Fable 1 just seemed to have a lot of content that they didn't put in Fable 2.

Fable was a good game, I didn't like the evil side too much but I might give it a chance. It only took me like 5 to 6 days to beat the game. Guess I'm just that good haha. Anyways, I would love to play Fable IIit looks fun.

Fable II was still fun as hell but Fable took home the cake with the epic dragon duel.
