ffx is way better than x-2 because it had a much better storyline. and x-2 was way more choppy along with it seems like it was more made for visual enjoyment than an acual gameplay.

even if X-2's story didn't totally blow, they took all the fun out of blitzball. So it loses.

ok... to be honest.. i liked 10 for its gameplay and storyline.. and 10-2 for its gameplay.. not soo much the story line.. but you gota give square its benefits for at least keeping the game frame different each time.. starting with 3 or 4 i think with the job systems, and then personal character stats, materia for 7, junction for 8, 9 had the equipment ability, 10 sphere system, 10-2 had the the whole dressphere grid system, and 12, most definite weird with the liscense board.. they may have not have been the funnest systems all of them but give some creativity pts to square so we always not playing the same kind of game all the time.. makes it all interesting.

Yeh FFX is the best, its has the most in depth story, the best character development and jus the best game play.... FFX-2 doesnt live up to wat it could havewhats better?, i think its FFX since the story line is better.

I'm not a big FF fan but I enjoyed FFX more than FFX2. FFX2 seemed way too short and was, to me, more simplistic.

X-2 was pretty much thrown together, it was a bit of a disappointment really, cuz that was the time when most people were screaming for a sequel to ffVII, instead we got X-2X was way better, the only thing good about X-2 was the battle system, i liked the idea of the dress spheres a lot, that and the fact that it was an all girls cast helped also hehe

FFX. With X-2, they got into the more femenist story, and, a sob story at that. For a majority of the past 10 games(or, a little more) the FF series has focused on the man fighting to save the women, or, the man fighting to beat the strongest foe. But, in X-2 is was more like the women getting over her past 'break up', and somehow getting involves with another dimension.

I like the storyline of FFX than X-2 but i definitely love the girls of X-2.They're to hot! In my own overall, FFX is the best FF game i ever played.

Dude, no comparison. FFX was ok, FFX-2 was horrible. I couldnt believe that game was ever made. The graphics were impressive, but the story was extremely annoying. I dont mind a love story when its done right. The battle system was so so. The FMVs are always amazing. I just wish they would have focused on there other projects rather than this game.
