My favourite thing is not knowing what to do for hours, trying every possible thing even though it seems stupid, then finnally gaining the satisfaction of figuring out some secret passage or puzzle. Sometimes it's just overlooking some simple trinket or person. The music is also phenomenal (especially in Link's Awakening).

My favorite part is Ocarina of time, first dungeon right after you start. I love the boss battle and the way it's set up is easy to start with and gets you used to what to expect later in the game. Still hate the annoying fairy though.HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY LISTEN HEY LISTEN

Gotta be the part in every game where you get a flute to summon your animal friends, that part was awesome in the gb games.

I loved finding all of the quest items, like getting the boomerang, hookshot etc.The dungeons are always great, blasting cracked walls and finding secrets.I thought that in the original Zelda on NES,the addition of the second quest was brilliant as well.

For OoT, I liked the storyline, and the characters. They became the basis for many others. For Majora's Mask, I liked the Masks hahaFor Wind Waker, I liked how the islands were so diverse, although it normally took forever to get to places. For Twilight Princess, I liked how it was a vamped up OoT, with the graphics being outstanding.

I like how elaborate the quests, puzzles and sidequests are, and just the thrill of finding every single piece of heart and item possible in the game.

The Legend of Zelda series has left a lasting impact of the video game world on nearly every system. On the Nintendo, The Legend of Zelda brought a unique and lasting look; it revolutionized the idea of an adventure RPG style of game. Leaving the world a 3-D enviroment where the character was not limited to a 2-Dimensional direction became the series call to fame. The Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64 was perhaps one of the most visually stunning and memorable games on the system, while the Wind Waker was tremendous in it's own rights. Once again, The Legend of Zelda simply amazes in all of it's video game glory. But what makes the game series so memorable. In my own opinion, one of the most fascinating aspects of The Legend of Zelda is the boss system. Especially with the stunning graphics of the time, each boss was immersive and captivating. The Ocarina of Time, and the games that follow would involve a boss system that was so beautiful and stunning, it comes as no suprise that fans still love and admire the game. Noone can forget the way Link will enter the boss' lair, only to have the game enter a cutscene that reveals the fearsome and terrible boss that seems impossible to beat. Yet somehow, Link will always seem to figure out a way to defeat the greatest of foes that both uses your brain and uses a significant amount of skill at the same time. For this reason, among various others, The Legend of Zelda continues to be one of the both dominant series of video games out there. The Scholar

My favorite part is the storylines. I love stories, and a game without a story isn't much of a game at all, in my opinion.

Boss battles, minigames and endgameBoss battles because they're just so rewarding. It's great to go through a dungeon and beat up the boss at the end of with with the new toy you picked up inside.Minigames are just fun as hell to stuff around with.Endgame is the best bit. Fighting against the last boss as many times as you like is one of the good things about Zelda.
