"When you get money from like lemonade stand, chores, etc. what do you do with your money?"Having been laid off my last job in January 30, 2009, I've been trying to save my money for important things (namely college funds) or something(s) to help me get ideas for what I plan on doing with my life. To get money back from anywhere is something for me to keep and save. I'd only have to use it if I truly wanted to (like two weeks ago when I got my brother 5 Mystery Case Files PC games to play with over Christmas break), or when I knew I'd be forced to (like for holiday shopping; Birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, that sort of thing). You might say that because of my unemployment, I have gotten much better with saving instead of splurging.

Same with me with that. I'm itching all over to spend at least on something but when i entered the store then nothing catches my eyes and i just walked out. But there's a limit as too how much i will spend tho. For example if i earned $1150, i'll only willing to use 150 of it, and keep the 1000 in bank unless i really have to use it.Most of my money stays in the bank, but once in a while I would go to the stores and see if there is anything to buy.

I don't spend money. I will occasionally buy myself a new Xbox 360 game but other than that, I don't spend money. It's more useful to have a large amount of money handy for when your car goes belly-up than a thousand Xbox games and a souped-up computer. Yep. The real world makes it easy for me not to spend money.

I usually spend it on things I really want.. or candy and games and comic books and food and.. everything. Aaw damn, broke again.

I am ok but a bit stingy sometimes. I usually put my money in the bank into a saving account. My bills lower than a 20 stay I keep in my wallet and that's my pocket money. Although sometimes it adds up to be about to be 60 dollars.

I can prevent myself from spending a lot when I have to save money in order to buy something I want. But when I don't need to save, I spend. and spend. and spend. especially for food. I just can't get fat though. weird.

Ouch. I seem to be in the same situation.Though if I HAD money, I'd probably spend it on food, or an outing with friends.i am in complete control but thats probably cause i don't have the money to spend in the first place
