Absolutely Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. I loved the first two games (150+ hours on both), and the GBA one was kinda eh, but the DS one was a total disappointment. I wish the monster designs were a bit better.

For me it's Rainbow Six: Vegas. I figured it'd be a fun shooter, but I soon realized it's WAY harder than it looks...so hard that I wasn't able to finish it... >=(

For me, it was Shenmue 2. I couldn't even get the controls, and while walking on the street I accidentally got myself killed by a bunch of fools. My college-mates said that it was great, but it stinks.

super robot taisen, summon night twin age, and super smash brothers brawl, mario party for the Wiisuper robot taisen: i expected to have a more exciting story line and to have a more interesting way to play a tactic game, it turned out to be a boreSummon night twin age: whats the point of summon night if all u do is tap and drag? the whole thing was more about the ability to use the touch screen than the depth of the game and the entertainment it providedsuper smash brothers brawl: honestly i expected more new and better characters- it wasnt worth $50mario party for the wii: not enough games or maps, lacked major developemnt through out, i was expecting it to be at least as good as the ones for 64, but i was mistaken

Star wars: The force unleashed- Very repetitive, and after you get used to the boss fights, there very simple. Plus crappy multiplayerTales of symphonia 2 dawn of new world: I waited so long for this big dissappointment, i remember reading on wikipedia that you would be able to capture monsters and have them help you like 2 years before it was released. I got it for christmas...and was very dissappointed. I only got to the first major boss....and quit after that. Any DBZ game after budaki tenkaichi 3: Really....what happened? they had over 150 playable characters (which was pushing it i think...) And then they make a game with like 30, but with improved graphics and a bit better fighting system.

I thought that Super Mario 64 DS was gonna be pretty cool, but after a while, it got extremely boring. Not really worth it in my opinion.

i really wanted to get TimeShift and when i did the game was a major let down to me since it wasn't all that fun as it seemed alot of the gameplay wasnt fun or inventive to me plus the time control wasn't all that cracked up to be plus the multiplayer was horrible to me

Burnout Takedown. It's good, but not as good as I thought. The races are mediocre, there's no cruise mode, and I just don't like it's selection of made up cars. They're not even customisable!

Before i say anything else.... GH4 Rocks... ok, thats out of the way. I think that the FarCry Games were kinda meh... along with Halo 3

I think Halo 3 was a letdown compared to the other two...maybe i just didnt do enough multiplayer...oh well...Also, assassins creed wasnt all that great, i dont think

i agree with gta4 being a little overrated. the graphics were good but i didnt mind a lil shaky graphics when the gameplay made up for it on the previous games.
