If they followed the actual rules it might not be bad. However they should wait and just make it for the PS3. Just think at how good the animation for monster battles could be. First off though there would need to be one huge server for it all so you can download new cards and stuff for when new cards are released. Maby in order to get some of the new cards that are release you will have to imput the number at the bottom of the actual card for it to enter. By using a system like this people who you their real life decks on there to play with others. However of course they would have to charge for this game. I think though they could manage 5 bucks a month for this though. Trust me if everyone could use their real life deck with it like that and i followed the rules the game would make loads of money. The game could maby also have a different server depending on the region you are from and once a month hold a tournament that you can enter and compete with others in your area. There would of course be a small fee for such a tournament such as maby 5 dollars. That would be on par with the entry fee for a weekly tournament held in most card shops. Each tournament could offer an rare card as the prize. The winner will be sent the card via mail. All this would definitly get most duelist attention. Not to mention it would bring in lots of money for Konami.

The only reason I can see Yugioh withstanding the test of time is if they institute online play, and hopefully they are smart enough to allow more then a 1 VS 1 (Such as doubles, Knockouts, etc.).
