Depends on what system it comes to. When it comes to console gaming Call of Duty 4 on either the PS3 or 360, as well as Valkyria Chronicles - an awesome game that i would highly recommend if you own a PS3. When it comes to PC Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne and Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction.

I like the PSP silent hill origins. Also the Zelda Twighlight Princess is a good game to replay. But mainly if a game is a leveling RPG, its easily replayable in my book.

Does PC game counts too? If so, Dota has the highest replay value. It is because the idea of creating the game is base on Replay value.

Any of the Fire Emblem games. They all have massive replay value, with character deaths, level ups and support endings, you can quite literally play any of those games multiple times and it never plays the same way twice.

I can play Pokemon Ruby or sapphire over and over and over again and never get tired of it: and I have! I played those games like 10 times now and I still get the craving to start a new game and finish it all the way through. I just don't complete the pokedex

Custom Robo for the GameCube. It was so fun for me to rearrange the parts of the robots to find the best combinations. I just wished I hadn't lost it.
