For the first generation, I'd have to choose Ponyta and Rapidash or Vulpix and Ninetails. For the second, I'd either go with Girafarig(HOW THE HECK do you spell it?!) or Stantler. For the third generation I'd have to choose either Spoink(only spoink) or Swablu and Altaria. I LOVE Pokemon! :wtf:

My personal favorite is Gloom. I adore everything about the drooling stink-weed, and it bears striking similarities to a creature I invented as a child...most notably the NAME, "Gloom". Not all that big a coincidence though, since my monster was inspired by "Mushgloom" from the Secret of Mana, but it did drool and have sleepy eyes. Also love Shedinja, Parasect, Muk, Weezing, and Dusclops. If only my favorites made an even remotely usable team...As for the "BEST" Pokemon (not just personal favorites), the new poison arrow frog, Dokurog, is one of the most wicked concepts they've ever done. Not only does it look extremely sinister (and the fruity red lips only add to that, like the villainous Blue Meanies from "The Yellow Submarine"), but it's based on one of the world's most poisonous animals and uses GIANT CLAWS on its hands and feet to deliver its toxin.Handling a poison dart frog is usually safe as long as you don't have a wound for the poison to leak into...but Dokurog's not letting anybody get away that easily.A lot of the starters, subjectively speaking, are also pure bad-donkey. A fighting, fiery chicken is an ingenious idea.I also must respect the clever ways in which they incorporate the fire element into animals. What better to represent volcanoes than a camel? What else would living magma turn into than a giant snail? It's great when they incorporate Japanese youkai folklore, too. Shiftry is based on a mountain Tengu (no, Tengu didn't all look like crow-people), Ludicolo is a Kappa (but also a lily-pad and a mexican dancer - how clever) and Dunsparce is the mythical Tsuchinoko (which was also featured in the Metal Gear games)

I used to like Scizor, it looked really cool back then when Gold/Silver just came out and I always wanted to get one (I did eventually) but now my current favorite is Sceptile. He's green and currently is the best looking Grass starter Pokemon so far. (Bulbasar is okay, Chikortia is kinda feminine to me, and Naetoru is more like another Bulbasaur to me)I like legendaries too (Who doesn't?) though I like the 4th generation ones the best so far.

what is the coolest pokemon that u have evr seen or caught

It's been a very long time since I played Pokemon 6 years ago I think. But I never forgot the pokemon that gave me the most wins and it was always my best one "Gengar".That's an awesome pokemon I had beat more than five trainers (other players) with this one only at level 88 and all the others were 100 I had him the abilities: Hypnosis, Night Shade, Psychic and the Dream Eater (the best of them)

I like legendaries too (Who doesn't?)

Me!The only Legendary that I find interesting-looking at all is Deoxys, but I still wouldn't use it. It's not my style. I like bizarre, creepy creatures...never cared for big, bad-donkey vicious ones. I'll take a giant slug over a dragon any day. Plus, I completely hate how imbalanced they make the game. Nearly half of all fully-evolved Pokemon are useless against an all-legendary team. Why couldn't they just keep the stat variations a little tighter? You can have a wide range of stats and strategies without "diversity" THAT extreme. There should be some sort of penalty for using legendaries...they should take up two slots on a team instead of one, or something.

My favorite Pokemon is Blastoise. I love using water Pokemon, and there are a great deal of them. I almost always pick a water type as my starter. I also love Alakazam and Charizard. I mix and match the other three spots on my team with whoever.
