I'd have to say that suiken is my favorite just because of how many hours were put into catching it and how much ass I kicked with it afterwards of said catching.

I love flying type pokemon. My favorite pokemon Pelipper (water-flying type), its Water Gun always take a hit one, and Swellow (flying type), like its Quick Attack that take the first move.

Agreed, first pokemon I ever got, and I never forgot it. Although if you had a couple different copies of pokemon and were willing to spend a little time at it you could start a red/blue with all 3 starters. Squirtle has always been and will always be my favourite pokemon though, back when you could still count the little bastards he was by far the coolest.Squirtle! Charizard. Dragon lizard with flaming tail. In Mystery Dungeon, it gets heat wave, which can wipe out all of your enemies with one shot. That's pretty darn awesome.

Barring legendaries, I think that Tyranitar is the best Pokemon for battles. It has phenomonal attack and umm.... attack. Sandstorm is also great. Tyranitar was recently banned from most tournaments, so i think that speaks for itself.

Oh man, theres been so many additions to pokemon throughout my lifetime, just can't pick one. Um.. I guess it's gotta be Teddiursa. Come on, it's so cute licking honey off it's paws. I want one in real life, but you gotta remember to keep that everstone on Teddiursa or you're gonna be in trouble.

I like Mudkip the best. Being both a ground and a water type gives mudkip an edge against electric pokemons.
