I have to go with Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising. Games really only mean something to me when they've got outstanding replay value. I hate to spend money on games I only play once, so I make sure to pick up games that I can continually use, to get my money's worth. AW2 is an incredible game that must have over 200 hours of my time on it from when it first game out up until now. I completed the game 100% and S-ranked every campaign mission and War Room. It took years (literally) but I managed to do it. I wouldn't have minded spending $60 on that game, just because the replay value is so good.

Mine's gotta be Super Mario World. Brings back memories of playing it on the SNES when it first came out.

I personally love the games golden Sun, and Golden Sun the lost age. these games blew any final fantasy out of the water and they were, and still are the most fun rpg's I've played in my time.

Super Robot Taisen Original Generation 2. Every little inch in it. Altough the VERY long dialogues ruin a vit the replay value (unless you want to understand the story word by word). Other than, great game.

Castlevania: Circle of the Moon would be my favourite. I swear, I've play more then 500 hours on that game, and I still haven't completed it! (you have to kill dracula like 6 times, each time your a different class). It's still awesome!

Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town or Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga. Both highly replayable and really innovative with great graphics and creative gameplay.
