I think this is a scene out of Terminator Salvation from 2009, maybe where they capture one of the robots and are testing the special frequency that disables them? Not 100% sure about the exact scene but I think the movie should be right.

Each quote will be worth only 1 point unless you give the year it was made, then you get an extra point, and if the quote isn't answered within 1 day it gets an extra point for each day it is not answered, so a quote not answered for 1 year will be worth 365 points (though I doubt that will happen). There will also be GP prizes for each question but the amount is at my own discretion and will only be revealed after the question/image is answered.
