So I thought about downloading this game for my DS Emulator because I had the original one on my actual DS a while back when it first came out and I sorta liked it. I went to IGN and read a review on it and all I got out of them was that they rated it 8.4 out of 10 and said it was basically the same exact game as the first one. Kinda don't want to waste my DP's on it if its not going to be any different than the first one.Anyone have any advice or could give me their personal opinion about the game before I choose to download it?I think the graphics look about the same myself but as for the gameplay just wanted to see what any Harvest Moon Fans who have played it thought.

i think its basicly the same game but with a slightly different story line... u turn up with amnesia, girl (mana) finds you ect. im not sure if this is in the other games but but when u regain ur memories and you leave the town. afew yrs later your child finds you and you reunite with your family

it was funbecause it has more feature on itbut if you already had on your DS shouldn't you just copy it from your DS to your comp?

Well, I did notice some improvements in the graphics, mainly the character models. The storyline features a 2-part plot where at one point you control the amnesiac's son/daughter (you get to choose which) and as far as I have progressed into the game, it has been pretty enjoyable, but I admit that it can get pretty tedious and repetitive if your not patient.There you go, a general opinion of the game, I'd recommended it if you really enjoyed the first.

it's a really good game, sort of like Harvest Moon + a bit of combat, i like it except i have no patience for the Harvest Moon part of it

I've never tried the first, but the second was so much fun (though getting attacked while watering my plants got a little annoying). I heard great things About the third, though, so I may suggest that instead.
