(I did not see this on the 'Favorite' list, so I thought that I would post it because I am curious.)What is your favorite season, and your favorite thing to do in that season? Or what you like about it, something that happens? Please share your thought.Mine is Winter, because I like the cold more than the heat. You can always put more layers on of jacket or blankets, but during the Summer months when it is hot you can not always take more layers off and be better. If that makes any sense. I also like it because I like to buy gifts for my family and friends for Christmas. The receiving is not what I like so much. I love to see the joy in people's faces when I do give them something they enjoy much. I also like to steal my brother's shoe on December 5th and hide it and then fill it with candy and put it by his pillow while he sleeps. (Just like Nikolaus used to do but differently. Same with filling shoes though.

)(On a side note, it is also my favorite season for some wild memories. In November of one year I got to join a 'Polterabend' back in Germany, which is an old tradition. You go to your friend's house that is to be married the next day, and smash old ceramic dishes in front of her door for good luck. It has been a tradition for a long time, and that memory is one of the things that makes me remember Winter as a good time. I just liked to smash things.)So, share your thoughts/experience, please? (I hope I did well, this is the first topic I have posted.)

I am a Summer lover (reminds me of the song :summer loving ... so stupid lol) because ladies are out enjoying the sun. Going to the beach is just great and everything just seems so much easier. Also waking up when the sun's out is just the best way for me to start the day!

I love winter. good food, family together, your not going to melt 5 minutes out the door. I don't mind the cold. you also sleep easier. its getting up thats the hard part. and for some reason im more immune to catching sickness than others. And for us in auzzie, its right around the corner. YAY!!!

Summer, because where I live, every season is cold and my tolerance for cold is very minimal. Our heat record was +35, and that's not even hot.

my favourite season is winter, because as a friend once told me, 'cold weather brings people closer'. winter is beautiful and romantic and less of a fashion contest than summer is.**take in consideration that i live on the eastern coast of canada, where winter rages 6 months a year.

I personally love autumn. It gives beautiful colours to nature and brings the outside temperature to the exact correct level. Summer is too hot, winter is too cold and spring gives me allergies.

it took hours and hours but.
by the time i was done with it.
i was so involved. i didn't even know what to think.
i carried it around with me for days. and days.
playing little games.
like. not looking at it for a whole day.
and then. looking at it.
to see if I still liked it.

Summer will always be my favorite season. All around there is way more to do. The weather is generally better for outdoors or indoors. People seem to be happier during the season of warmth, sun, swimming, fishing, vacations, grilling, picnics, playing sports, driving conditions, parties, heck .... everything is better about summer. You can even go skiing and snowboarding during summer, it's called fake snow.

Spring is probably my favourite. Just after winter, so all the flies and wasps are still dead, but all the plants are coming back to life, and there's hints of warm weather on the horizon.

I could get into a long, emotional, heavily sentimental discussion about how I love each season as much as the other, but instead I'll just say that summer is probably the most enjoyable because I tend not to be depressed during it.

Mine wud be Autumn because dats wen my b-day is nd i lyk da scenery wiv all da leaves flying around and on da floor. Plus, it's nt dat hot bt sometimes, nt reli cold, nd sometimes has a cool breeze^^!!

My favorite season is Autumn. It's not too hot and not too cold during this season. Plus I like the name, it sounds pretty. And I love the leaves that turn golden and red and yellow and orange. I love how they look falling from the trees and how they crunch beneath my feet.Autumn is awesome

The only season I don't really like is Spring. Rubbish weather, The ever-dragging-on Lent when I can't do what I want, the waist-expanding chocolate gorge of Easter, and it always seemed to be the longest term at school... Despite all the dull bank holidays :/ It doesn't help that a lot of my family have birthdays in Spring so I'm constantly broke buying presents

The only good thing about Spring is Saint Patrick's day - and that only lasts a few hours >.>I love the other seasons, my favourite changes depending on my mood. I would find it very challenging to live in a country that doesn't have clearly defined seasons. I'm currently very much enjoying the early summer sunshine

Mine is summer.I love the heat and the time off work/school.I also go on holiday in the summer and i love swimming and sunbathing.I love travelling and it is the perfect time to do it.

my favorite season is spring. because things bloom, and its not hot or cold, but warm. its also not always sunny and sometimes it might rain. i like things balanced ^^

mine is winter,reasons:christmas,my birthday's on christmas(^^),the snow is just BEAUTIFUL!but my country doesnt have winter...but i did go overseas and saw snow before(yay me!)

hmmm. i would go with either summer since there is a nice summer break and a pretty warm/hot weather or i would just go with winter since at my school, i get more trips that time of day and its more fun

My favorite is summer because I love hanging out with my friends at the beach and playing sports with them. Also, its much safer to travel withouht weather like that in winter.
