Piracy is bad and thinking like that is why people worry that piracy will cause the end of new systems being released and companies failing hard. Never look at buying a system only if you can hack it and pirate games... that's only a benefit.

Then why are you on a site the has rom downloads exactly...And if exists and is "cool" it's gonna get hacked and "piracy" an inevitable outcome rather it be a phone/flashcard/firmwareHack's and piracy have always been around and always will be if you don't like it join the RIAA and enforce the DMC or just leave all the rom/piracy sites lolor is piracy only acceptable if you use homebrew? or if the system is no longer made (just as bad for collectors)

Homebrew isn't piracy. Hacking your NDS or PSP just voids the warranty.

4'th time... 1000,2000,3000 and now psp goand not everyone has wireless so maybe gamestop could add a hot spot and or give discounts when buying or since games are 1-2 gigs they could have a database for direct transfers (only way i see them remaining viable for psp go)... but its kind of a big middle finger to gamestoresBut there is always consoles for media

Explain how that is a remakeONTOPIC: This thing is way to expensive

hmmm the way the psp go look, I really dont mind about the design, the digital system I think I might like but I think I no why sony make the psp go price goes to $250 but back to the topic I think to me it has some good interested in my point of view and its alot easier now since we can play games faster without any disc problems.

I'm actually glad that there will be a new form of PSP. Weighing less and possibly taking up less space is a definite bonus. But of course, the design definitely could use some work, my main problem lies with the area with the controls and the really cheap plastic look.

It gives the idea of being more practical, true, it seems way more portable and practical but the truth is that the PSP had a simple yet functional design already. This new design seems to feeble and the screen gives me the impression of going to break at any second from the controler part. Anyway, who knows? They are trying to be innovative and that is OK but the old model was such a brilliant piece so I do not know why would they want to change it. But all in all, I think the PSP GO might be even better than its older brother.

looks like a total failure....Once again Sony announces a crappy version of the PSP, another lite, fragile looking console that is about to break right at your very eyes how about replacing your PSP 2000 or 1000 or a special offer of replacing your 3000 for free for this piece of crapMy point: sony u suck what happened to you , u used to blow us with ur products and games....i am ashamed...really

The PSP GO is full of ugliness. Also what's the point to own a GO if you can use a 16GB memcard.

Just looking at that thing, it makes me cringe at the thought of me breaking it if I'm playing something like DJ Max or even Monster Hunter. But who knows? It actually might be more durable than it looks...not expecting much, though.

Innovative is not how i would describe this... there trying to make it into a damned cellphone... how is that innovative exactly?and no mater what nothing will be better than the original version of something the older generation will have there own following and imo only thing sony added to the psp to make it better is avi-out and thats just media player wise

And TFA when did i say anything about pirating games?Unlike ds/gba psp actually has good home brew games/app'sAnd please stop trying to apply your mindset to mine where hacked == piracy

new systems being released and companies failing hard.

and PS %66 of the company's are smart enough not to make themselves a videogame company only unless your talking about the individual game company's in which case it's kinda there problem for entering a volatile business

Not everybody has high speed internet making downloading games incredibly hard. Also being stored in non-physical means makes the games vulnerable to data corruption and if the PSP Go flops so does your game warranty.

Sure, it looks amazing but, i'd much rather spending money on something else. This is the thing with these portable consoles, after 1 or two years you'll really regret buying it.

I can see it's uses overall based on the way it's build. If you find yourself going out a lot and wanting to play something, it could be a very beneficial buy for some. However for myself, I am satisfied with my fat psp, even though i think the design of the Psp GO looks pretty nice

You could just play those games on any psp though. And now there are even rumors about a PSP-4000... and I think it's possible to be honest...

Too tell you the truth i like the idea of downloading all the games. That way i could have them with me wherever i take the psp but the actual console looks weak and very uncomfortable to play with.
