once, i was playing fire emblem sacred stone. i was moving my fingers really fast, so fast that i could stop my self from deleting my primary file, with nearly all the characters at lv 20, and their stats maxed out. 300+ hrs, gone in an instant, all because i lost control of my fingers

Easily Halo 3. I was playing Construct on the MLG playlist, and I had a sickk triple kill going. Two guys spawned in direct succession, and I had em lined up with the sniper rifle. I was in the clear to smash, and my buddy accidentally stuck me from behind, denying me the opportunity at a Killtacular in MLG. :foldarms:

I had some bad moments, but I don't think any of mines can beat what happened to my brother. He was playing FFX and fighting the hardest boss in the game, the one from the Monster ranch (if I remember, you had to capture 10 of each monster in the whole game to unlock him). He had some millions of HP or something, but if you summon Yojimbo and keep paying him, he might have a chance of doing a move called "Zanmato" and instantly kill the boss. After an hour or so, Yojimbo finally did it and killed the boss. My brother was so happy he leaned back on his chair to raise his arms and his toe kicked the "Reset" button on the PS2.

Oh god, there was the time when I was obsessed over FFTA, and I worked to make sure I got all the characters I want, and grinding slowly just to make all my characters learn the skills and stuff. My game file corrupted after 100s of hours of gameplay. T__T;; I had so much trouble playing FFTA again after that.

I played Animal Crossing (GC) for a while, while not saving, and a power outage occurred. Mr. Resetti caused the lightning! :br: (You just gotta looooove Resetti...)

1) My silly partner have to trip over my video game consoles when i was playing and caused the memory card to COME OUT while i was still playing!! Just when i was about to clear a side quest and open the next one  enough said!2) It is a bad idea to play a game while in a crowded train ride at peak hours! While i was playing my DS, a crowd suddenly rush in and knock me so hard i accidentally pressed my game card and it fell out! after that it was an embarassing time trying to find the game card...TwT|||

I was playing on my emulator and decided I'd trade all my pokémon from one game to another and then back to a new game so that I'd get the exp boost when leveling them. While I was doing it however, my game crashed repeatedly! I had screwed it up atleast twice before learning to savestate after every traded pokémon. That was a day wasted when it should have taken 2 hours :( I got so angry at that.

I was playing X-Men Legends for the GCN with my family and we were in a mission where we had to escape this exploding ship in a set amount of time. Unfortunately one of us thought it'd be a good idea to save the game with less than 20 seconds to spare, utterly ruining the file, since it was impossible to escape in that time, but the game over screen takes you back to the last save you made. Also, there was my first time playing Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for the PS2 when, in the very last battle, I accidentally attacked Darth Vader instead of the Emperor, triggering the bad ending and making me hate the game for a long time (Until I realized there were two endings...oops.).

This happened last week, actually. Playing with a bunch of friends on Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, (We'd all either had Home Brew / bought the game on launch) and we had successfully trucked through the remaining hunter ranks( Updated from six to nine ) in a single night. We all thought it'd be fun if we could take down the icy brethren of the Akantor, the Ukanlos. This thing is rather difficult. We'd got about half an hour in and it was showing signs of weakening, and my PsP disconnected from the group. I flew into a fit of rage, yelled at my dog (Who simply gave me a "Wtf are you talking about you nutcase" stare ) and flicked on the 360. Why? Because in disconnecting from the group, I was now left to solo the bloody thing. Yay me. T_T

Wrecking my car in 2nd to last lap of an endurance race in forza motorsport 2; an hour of racing just became worthless. still haven't redone that race yet, since it happened yesterday and i needed to take a break because that frustrated me so much. 280,000 CR (thats a lot of money in game) is how much i would of made from that race if i didnt crash my caralso loaning my legend of zelda, ocarina of time to my little cousin, then getting it back only to realize that he saved over my file, erasing my game which i was so close to beating, i just had to defeat Ganondorf

Persona 3, I was fighting the final boss, on the last form with low levels, and I accidentally pulled the ps2 out of the power plug. ;; I lost like, an entire hour of battle.

Letting a character die in any of the Fire Emblem games after leveling people up in the Battle Arena for hours is what first comes to mind. Fire Emblem in general is definitely a rage-inducing game.

I have two. I was playing Madden 2004 winning by two toachdowns and it was the final quarter. I got sloppy, threw an interception, they other team scored. Then they scored two more toachdowns and I lost. I was so pissed. I got cocky and just start goofing off and it cost me the game. I was playing No More Heroes and I beat the last boss. At the end it gives you two options, you can choose "Ending" or "Real Ending" I chose "Ending" thinking I could see both if I just reset the game. I was mistaken. I couldn't see the other ending, thus not fighting the true final boss.

One bad moment was this:I was playing Pokemon Ranger and I got to the part where I had to capture Steelix.Even just by touching him my styler takes damage.I got my partner gauge to max,and used it.There,I was almost right there, until he just had to move and broke the capture line!Damn it!Another one was when I got to the part where I had to capture Slakoth,Vigaroth and Slaking all together.I got Slakoth, but the other two was just pure torture! When Slaking is making rocks fly around,Vigaroth is ramming right through my capture line!I just can't seem to get them at all!

I was playing Super Smash Bros.Melee. My older sister is really good at it, and I mean REALLY good. I got sick of losing, so I went on a team against her. On my team was 2 level 9 computer players, and she didn't have anyone else on her team. She won.

I was all the way through Oracle of Ages on an emulator, and just before the final boss, my computer ran out of power and I lost all my save data.

i got a good one. This was like 15 years ago i was playing this game on my SNES i think it was Called "Were Back". Well this was one of those games that AVGN would review and flip out about but this one just tops it all. Unlike ghostbusters misspelled ending or Transformers "The End" the second u get to the last boss in this game it freezes. Apparently the developers never finished the game becuase they thought noone of that age range would be able to make it that far. well **** i was a bored 9 year old with a baptist mother so i had to play that crap. and to this day im salty that their was no ending let alone the game wasnt even finished.

My OH CRAP moment happened with FFVIII. It was at the final boss, when you're in that room with the saving point. So throughout the game I'd only saved one game, and when I reached that room, I saved over my only game. Then I left the room and, hey what do you know, there's the final boss. I fought the boss, got my butt kicked, and then came to find out there was no way of leaving that room. I was stuck there at a level too low to beat the final boss, and there was no way for me to level up. Oh crap.
