He's an exp. hog, that's one of the few things bad about him...the only thing about seth is that he takes forever to level up.

paladins cant use axes in TSS, th great knight took thatso? hes still the most useful. he can use swords lances and axes cant he? and hes more of a split stat person. he has a lot of all the stats.
but he is an ok fighter, my "point guy" was always kyle as a great knight, or myrhh( is that how u spell it???) because she had unbeatable resistance and defence

Honestly, I kinda don't like the Paladin class either. It's too well rounded, it has no real strong point (and too many people like Marcus screws this class up). If you want a prepromote that will destroy everything, Pent's your man. Even near the end of the game, Pent was pwning everything. I honestly think Pent could beat Seth.im not saying the paladin class is bad, but it would be better if he came as a level 10 cavaleir and you got to chose what to make him because he is the main mounted unit in the game and all, or if he had his own class, like athos, the arch sage.

AMEN, pent is the ultimate "destroy those guys before they do anything to my weaker units or else" guyis it just me, or should sages be able to use all the different kinds of magic? i mean "sage" sounds all powerfull right?Honestly, I kinda don't like the Paladin class either. That happens sometimes. Even when the chances are like that, I wouldn't hesitate to make that move. Still, that situation is harsh. At one time, some guy criticalled me with a 2% chance of doing so(thus killing me). Another time was when a guy criticalled me with a really low chance of hitting and about 4% chance to do a critical (I laughed because it did zero damage).About paladins, they do have a strong point depends who the character is. For example, Sain specializes in strength, Kent for speed, and the rest of the red and green cavaliers.Sorry that I have to end the Pent rant, but I HAVE to post my terrible luck...I was playing FE6. I was on Chp.7, and I was over half way through. I chose to attack a Soldier w/a javlin(sp?) with my Sue (a nomad). She had a 96% to attack and kill the soldier, while the Soldier had a 37% chance to attack and kill my Sue. Because it was my phase, and I thought a 96% chance was very good, I attacked. My Sue missed, and the Soldier hit and killed Sue...why me...? :)Edit: What's worse is when I tried to record it for proof, the vid messed up...

thats nothing. Ive been critical hit by a shaman using eclipse. hit% was 23Crit% was 2for those of you keeping track at home, thats a .46% chance of occuring... ... sacred stones is one of the shortest, and easiest of the Fire Emblem games...I only like FE the sacred stone. But, I give it up in the middle.

Franz is way better. as is Gilliam. and Gerik.Joshua is good though, i just think they are better.Joshua is the freakin' man. He's saved my ass so many times...I think Sacred Stones was my favorite of the series.
