This is definitely one of my favorite game franchises, behind several that have taken nearly all of my time. I especially enjoy playing FE6, 7 and 9, but am unfortunately too broke to purchase FE 10 (I've heard that though good, it is too lackluster). Anyway, I was wondering if a person can access the Double Dash bonus items with a non-cartridge version of FE7.

i must say fire emblem has me hook on it great game wide range of characters to play with. Lots of fun and great replay value

FE10 is Sacred Stones, right?I liked how you could choose between Ephriam and Eirika's paths in the story. It's also pretty cool how you can actually go to different points on the map and revisit places.

even though i think fire emblem is better, but ill admit that golden sun is good.my top 3:1. Fire Emblem & Fire Emblem : Sacred Stones2. Golden Sun 1 & 23. RiveraGolden sun is NOT and Turn-based strategy!

I Love the Fire Emblem series. However, I find the GBA releases MUCH more entertaining than the Later releases, such as PoR and RD. =[

???????? FE10 is the one for Wii.Sacred Stones is FE8. I really didn't like SS but Fire Emblem 7 was great. Working on Knights in the Nightmare. Going to get around to Rondo of Swords. Hoping to find inspiration for Etrian.

yea Fire emblem 6 and 7 ftw. I've literally beaten FE6 17 times and have completely lost count of how many times i beat FE7. Both are fantastic games. FE8 is ok, i personally think the best part of the game is the support conversations because they really add depth to the characters and most are kinda funny too. Definetly worth getting

Every FE was pretty good, some obviously being better than others. I prefer playing FE on a platform, but the hand held play is good too.

Fire Emblem is so amazing! I loved this game. My favorite chara had to be Elliott. He had the best part of hte story line in my opinion.

I really enjoyed Sacred Stones (FE8?) the turn by turn system is great, and you can make decisions based on who you want to play with.

u should start with the one that came out for the wii fire emblem radiant dawn since u probably wont find others in englishIl try fire emblem if you guys say its good... what one should I start with ?
FE7 Blazing Sword for GBA FE8 Sacred Stones for GBA FE9 Path of Radiance for Gamecube FE10 Radiant Dawn for the Wii these r the only FE games that came out in englishI found just 1 FE can you tell me the name of the others?

This is the best one yet. Extremely challenging game. It took me at the most 10 hours to beat, but of course I didn't play it straight... I have better things to do, but anyways; 3 different routes and one being the tutorial but once you beat it once through you can choose hard mode and then you get the opportunities to play 30+ chapters. Of course there's also the side-quests as well... very hard. best one yet with 3 endings so a lot to accomplish in the game.

I've played all three, none have yet to disappoint me. You just can't beat the storyline.

The Fire Emblem games are kinda boring to me. When I played the 1 chapter for the first GBA title, I wanted to beat it without losing any characters. So after I failed multiple times, I quit for at least 5 months. When I put it on again, I forgot how the game went and I accidentally started with only the 1 default character and I beat it on my first try. Anything that could make that kind of sense just irritates me.

fire emblems an okay game, pretty good in the beginning and middle of the story, but when it gets to the end and everythings finished it just doesn't seem to be that interesting anymore.

I've never played the old ones. I've played a bit of Gaiden, actually. And I hear that FE 11 is going to be a remake of Dragon of Darkness, Sword of Light (1st one) with better graphics, a new character, etc. for the Nintendo DS.

I really couldn't get hooked on the story line of this game and the battle sys is just not as well as i'd predicted. found this game good at first but i just couldnt stay hooked.
