(E3 Game of the year)Recently I heard that the creator was planning only to make one, but due to its overwhelming sucess, plans to make a sequal.It may be on the Wii however....but he also stated making a DS sequal too.Well, how many of you are planning to get it???

Well if and when it comes out I hope it'll be on the wii. DS graphics really dont' do it justice. It's such a good game that could just as easily been a console game. I think the wii would be most appropriate since as far as I've seen the wii is excellent at all the cell shading goodness. Not really sure how they would continue the storyline though.

Wow this is some interesting news I've yet to hear about! Not much information has been released about it but I just read a few articles that said it is very likely. I hope it's a good addition to the great story line!

i heard about that too...heard any info about cause thats all i heard too...i really enjoyed the first and i got %100 on everything my first try...i'm usually an average gamer but that was the first time i did really well

I strongly agree that this is one of the best DS games, but currently there are only rumors about a sequel and nothing is confirmed. It is true though that the creators are eager about the idea of making a TWEWY 2, but as far as we know, no development has started. 
I'd really love to see this happen, but I'm afraid either they'll back out because they won't have enough of a story, or they'll make a sequel that tries to surpass the original, but is vastly inferior. Another potential problem is modifying the gameplay and other DS exclusive features to work for the wii. Although, personally, I'd just be happy to have a DS sequel. All we can do is wait and see.

The original of TWEWY was great! If the game does come out, I would probably wanna play it and get obsessed with being it.

Haha, sounds interesting. Though, TWEWY did get more bland as you progressed in the end-game. If they are able to come up with a new story, I wonder if they would have to create completely new characters.

I cant really imagine using the Wiimote and all to play The World Ends with you . Must be very tedious. But on the other hand , looking forward to its release

I just finished my first play through of TWEWY today, and I'd have to say that a sequel would be awesome, but I'd prefer it be on DS. Wii graphics just rub me the wrong way. Nintendo doesn't focus enough on graphics, so the game could be a huge success in the experience that it presents, but look terrible, subtracting from the perfection of the storyline and gameplay. At least on the DS, the poor graphics (although I don't even consider DS graphics to be bad) would be small instead of blown up on a big screen. Plus, the double screen combat was kinda cool, albeit difficult at times.

NOOOO!!! not a WII sequel. That would absolutely ruin the game. I think a second game would be a huge success on the DS, and I would deffinitely get it.TWEWY ranks first alongside Pokémon for my favourite games, but sequels tend to be worse than originals, so I'm hoping this is not going to be a let down.

Wow i didn't know World ends with you was geting a sequal. I thought the fist game was awesome hopefuly the second one is just as good. Hope it comes out also for the ds
