Apparently the World Ends With You did so well, that the maker of the game said that the team is considering putting it on Wii!!! How many people like this series??

I'm not sure if it would work, I like the idea of it but the dual screens and touch screen.....TWEWY was after all a pretty fantastic game.

Sounds sexy, but yeah, I'm not sure if it would be so great on Wii. I would prefer a DS version, but my guess is that with such a popular series (well, it would be a series) they would make it DSi only and incorporate some stupid DSi things.

Last time I checked it sold pretty poorly. I guess there was a boom of people buying it. I personally haven't played it yet due to too many games that I've wanted, though it looked pretty sweet. I'd have more motivation to buy a Wii TWEWY.

The game is great. But I don't think the controls would work as well with the wii... though it would be AWESOME.

Yesssss omgyesI got totally addicted to this on DS,seems like it could be awesome on wii, obviously they'd use the remote, but how would graphics, controls, etc, work? Do you think it will remain 2-d?

Considering it's a new IP that took big risks with its style and gameplay I'd say the sales are more than decent. It could have been a commercial disaster like MadWorld.

I would die if they made a sequel to that amazing game, no matter what platform it was on!

The idea sounds interesting to me.But I don't really know if it would be good to play with the remote instead of the stylus...I'd like they create a "TWEWY 2" for DS. :br:

The control would like be hard to learn. Like all those rubbing, slashing, tapping etc. on the DS screen. And if its changed to Wii, I think we have to point the wii remote for the whole time while killing the noise...Anyways, hope it be as great as the DS version.

Is there not already a second due for release on DS, or is that just fanboy speculation. At the very least, TWEWY has been an approving effort of Square on any of the Nintendo consoles so far. That and Chrono Trigger.

Oh yes, if thats true then thats the coolest, id like to see The world ends with you and a sequel to it on wii, id buy that. However id have to agree it would be really hard to do the touch screen actions, maybe button combinations as a substitute? Any thing for a wii release ^_^

square enix have said that now the are only going to make mainstream games like final fantasy, so its not looking good for a sequel to twewy. :)
