Blink 182 because they revolutionized pop-rock/punk-rock genre and cuz I like their songs + lyricsTeenage days are the best or so they think hehe :weep:

well maybe the Wonder Girls. they have 1 song that i like "Tell Me"they're Korean and im Chinese.

For English-speaking foreign, probably some American punk, like Rancid or Rise Against.For non-English speaking foreign it would have to be Manu Chau and Rammstein. Although I don't listen to many bands that aren't British, American or Canadian.

i quite like mad capsule markets, they are a techno/hardcore band from japan. also shapeshifter from new zealand is worth a listen, if you are into live drum & bass.
