Nope i like my ds pure black, hate the idea of decorating it with all that juck to me a waste of money. I spend most of my time looking at the screen and less at everything less...

I don't decorate it, i think it came in different colours for a reason, don't you? I have the nice red one, i really like it. I think the stickers and those clear cases are just a money grab from companies. only case i'd put it in is a protective zipper kind of case.

I've never had the urge to decorate my ds. I think it looks perfect the way it it. It's sleek, stylish and jet black.

Yup. Either I give it a case or put those sticker skins on because mine's white and I had it as white for so long.Skins would be better to keep it in better condition and I decorate it so I don't get bored of it.

No, I don't use one on mine right now. It's only a year old or so, which means it's in good shape as it is right now to where it doesn't really need one. I doubt I'll get one for it either, since it's always in my case when it's not in use.

Nah. The Ds is one i use but there is no need to decorate it. By doing so it just wastes valuable play time.

One of my old DS Lites had a Naruto skin on it. But the one I currently have doesn't really have anything on it besides scratches

I heard a story about someone who tried to sand their DS so it wouldnt be shiny and get finger prints on it.... dont do that.

I haven't put anything on mine. I love the color (Ice Blue) and I don't want to ruin it. I have a clear case on it to protect it from scratches though

my ds is still plain-jane. just maybe that random 'thing' on your ds that you have to scratch off (most likely from the tension-sweat on my hands when i play). but i really do want to decorate it. i did think of getting those customized crystal-decorations on my ds, but i don't think that that's something i should invest in.

I've been thinking about decorating mine. I haven't yet. I have the classic gray DS, and it's covered in scratches. The scratches are very unattractive in my opinion, thus the urge to decorate it.

yeah, i did. mine was a very boring teal green or something like that, (btw, it's an old NDS original), and i plastered stuff all over it. when it came out too messed up, i covered it up with one of those rubber grip covers. i'm thinking of getting it overhauled soon (new plastic case, touch screen, facebuttons), but i figured i should get a new one first. i'll still have it overhauled though.

I purchased a Hannah Montana skin for my 11 y.o. daughter. She has yet to see it since she is only with me for 1 weekend of a month (she lives with her dad). But I think she is going to love it. My other daughter (13) would love to have a skulls skin or butterflies, I just haven't found the one that I think is appropriate for her yet. My wife wants a beach theme or hibiscus flowers lol. My ds is white and I'm not sure yet if I would like to put a skin on it or just keep it white and have it match my phone. decisions decisions 
I'm sure either way they look great, it's just all a matter of opinion. I did buy carrying cases for everyone that holds the ds a charger and a few games. Pretty nice.

I used to have the first DS in red that came with Mario Kart. That one I decorated with a single Mario symbol.I now have a spiffy red DS lite and I just love it's pure red shiny surface too much to mar it!

I attack everything I own with stickers. My DS (lite, white) has two large scrapbooking borders trimmed to size, one of pine trees and one of mountains. There were originally jewel stars in the empty space above the mountains, but most of them peeled off. Inside I have a sticker each of Pluto and Mickey Mouse. I'm trying to find where some old nintendo stickers of Mario and Link are to add to the remaining areas.I also made my own case. It's knit in black and purple with a celtic knot design.
