Interesting choice. I'm ashamed to admit that I'd completely forgotten about this character until you mentioned him!My favourite character is probably between Pippin, Borimir and Aragorn.Aragorn would most likely come top, followed by Pippin and finally Borimir.Aragron's character was well-developed (as were most of the characters), and I found his story throughout the books to be quite interesting. However, both Pippin and Borimir, I feel, are interesting characters, and we are left guessing at certain aspects about them, which I find intriguing.Tom Bombadil is my favorite character! He doesn't appear in the movies, but he's in the first book. Very interesting and light-hearted.

You got me, its Gandalf but, not just because he has a bad-ass staff. He also has shadowfang, the bad-ass horse and comes back from the dead as an even more bad-ass Gandalf the White! Not to mention in the Two Towers movie when he comes down the hill with all the riders and the light blinds all the orcs and they save Helms Deep! It's probably Gandalf just because of all the freakin' sweet stuff he can do with that staff of his.

Tom Bombadil, Tom Bombadillo!Where the grass is green and the trees are willows!http://en.wikipedia....ki/Tom_BombadilLove the Tom :shifty:However my favorite character is EASILY Gollum. Unforgettable character! TV, Books, and movies have always had a Sauron or powerful Gandalf wizard, but Gollum is the only Gollum! Period!Interesting choice. However, both Pippin and Borimir, I feel, are interesting characters, and we are left guessing at certain aspects about them, which I find intriguing.

On that day, a brother was lost and a race was wiped out...
