Need help in Headhunter

I need help on beating the second boss of the game.I dont know how to damage him.Can anyone help me with it?

If you are talking about Greywolf, I remember I beat him like this.I laid proximity mines on his path that he takes. After a couple of times he gets hit by your mines you can kill him with the Stimulator gun.
