I am 47 years old and i have a son of 11 years old. We had a gameboy advance and bought a ds last week. People think i just bought it for my son but i have fun with it also. I play braintraining, mario (div), pinbal, pacman etc. i like to sit and play, i like to train my brains, sudoki.I'm wondering if there are more mothers playing the ds and whar kind of games they play.

My wife plays our daughters all the time. I think the game that she is playing right now is called Rhythm heaven. I know that she was also playing Millionheir until she beat it not long ago

Nintendo is more for the whole family. The Wii is great as it's bringing lots of gamers who would not otherwise be gamers. Like the elderly.Brain Age is in nursing homes even.

I am a mother with a 2 year old boy. I love to play my ds as it is portable and no cables for my son to pull at. I love games like puzzler world and cooking mama, build-a-lot and bookworm.

Haven't showed my mother my DS, or how it works, but I can remember back in the Tetris days when she used to play for hours. With a game like that, she would be hooked in no time

My mom plays my DS too but the games she play are very limited cause most of them needs to understand what it says. So she mostly play those jewel games and Luxur pharoahs challenge, this kind of game. She did play Cooking mama but only when I am beside her to tell her the instruction. She enjoy playing it. (:

In my 60's I am both a mum and grandmum. I use my ds mainly when travelling and on holiday. At home I prefer my pc destop or newly acquired 2nd hand laptop as they are easier on my eyes. I like luxor type games, hidden object games, sudoku/crossword etc. Also am now putting somebooks on there to use it as a reader, rather than carry round a pile of books. Very handy when I am going away and not taking the car.

I am 58, a mother and a grandmother and I have had my DS for just over a year. I use it most days - Professor Layton, Jewel series, crossword - wouldn't be without it!!!
