mgs 3 had the best ending. so emotonal and sad. :rofl2: it also had the best story line. B)

MGS3,im a huge fan of the final fantasy series, but MGS3 had a ending that couldn't fit the game better. :whistle2:

FF VIII and FF XBut i think Tidus never leave like that .May be Square-Enix make a new FF game base on FF-X and Tidus return.It is a open ending ,ok.

Mine would have to be Resident Evil: Code Veronica or Jak 3. I'm a huge fan of the Jak and Daxter series, as well as the RE series... so that influences my opinion. But after reading all the posts about FFX and Kingdom Hearts, it looks like I'm going to be playing those to find out these endings.

Best PS2 ending ever... I kind of liked Grand Theft Auto 1's ending. Made me laugh. 
As for Kingdom's Heart's ending, now I guess I'm going to have to go back and finish it because now I'm curious.Best game ending ever, would have to be a tie for me. Silent Hill's ending was awesome. I'm talking about the "Bad Ending" where you see him hunched over in the car. That game had a ton of sci-fi and horror movie references, and the ending was a great nod to the movie "Jacob's Ladder". Anyone who saw the movie will know what I'm talking about. Runner Up would be Earthbound's ending. Its one of my favorite games, and while I do hate the cliff hanger ending, I love that you keep control of your character through the ending so you can go around and gloat in every town you saved. It was a fitting end for such an off the wall game.

As far as PS2 game endings go, FFX is up there as one of the most affecting. MGS3 was pretty damn good, too.

Draken-Gards ending was so depressing, you like go so far killing so many enemy and what happens? Ahhh!!! (dun want to give too much away). I think those story writers were just eager to find any ending.MGS3 had a smart ending, it was like, ahh, I get it now, it all makes sense.

The end of Second Sight is good coz the story is soo confusing and the end kinda brings everything together. Actually not only the end but the whole story in Second Sight is worth watching.

The ending of FFX is so sad, but it's the best i ever saw, it almost made me cry like when u watch a drama or when someone in a soap dies.
