analog stick of psp...

i have a problem with my analog stick...i experimented some games which requires analog movement and it turns out that most of the time my analog stick moves on it own...(not exactly moves but the sensors in it is faulty)...i liked to get it fixed...so im asking if can i switch over the internal parts of the analog stick of another unwanted psp of mine(analog stick still working fine though just that the memory stick ready is spoiled) to my current psp...(i am not sure if i can post this topic in this section...if i cant,sorry)

Have you tried going to the battery info or the system infoand moving the analog stick clockwise and counterwise to reset it?? :PI'm not sure if that works but I do remember reading that on some other forum.. lol
