DSi can download a version of the Opera browser, but I think that's all you have as far as options go.

There is actually a DS Card which let you allow to use the oepra browser...I found it on wikipedia

I believe that you only have one option for an internet browser. I actually purchased the DSi for my mom to use the internet, but found out in practicality it really isn't very good and my mom ended up giving me back the dsi.... Since I've gotten it, I haven't once used the internet browser.
