The card game was fun i have to admit but it was soooooo expensive playing it!You had to spend a lot of money to keep up to date!the game versions of yugioh were awsome!The show was soooooo stupid in my opinion!Kaiba Bought a city to play a childrens card game!Then he built a jet that look like a dragon......wow that was low for the creators of yugioh!I cant believe people got hurt playing a children's card game!A CHILDREN'S CARD GAME!

The show used to be good, untill yugioh GX and the later series, they're just wrong...

I agree, the show was heaps great untill GX came out, then i just hated the show.And it was very expensive playing the game, but i bought a few cards and gave up on the game too.You cant really call it stupid but it isnt as good as it used to be

I loved and still love yugioh it started around my ..12th or something but like Yugioh was my version of barbies,instead of barbies I held Yugioh Duels

I got into the online game version first...Watched a couple of the episodes afterwards - preferred the pointless, plotless bike races to the original set, hard to say why =\

When i was in 6th grade is when this yugioh phenomenon came to be and i loved it. it was way better than the pokemon trading card game but the only problem was that i never played it correctly lol

It was good when I was younger and was having fun with the card game, but it has gotten bad in recent times, but maybe that is just me growing up.

Anything past the Egypt Arc just doesn't exist, in my opinion. ^_~ But yeah - I used to be seriously into the series. Mostly the manga and the card game. Even went to a tournament once. *laughs*

I thought the show and the card game were both equally great. But I lost track of the show right before the end of the Egyptian God season in the battle against Marik because TV in Australia is retarded as hell that one week the show will be on, next week it won't, you won't see it for a month and then another episode will be shown. Australian TV is no longer kid friendly. In my opinion there is hardly any decent shows for children on Australian TV unless you have Foxtel (Australian Satellite Pay TV)As for the card game, I played it well until Year 10 of high school =P I was the best in my school but after going to a single tournament where I lost miserably, I realised that continuing to play was futile cause I couldn't keep up with boosters and expansions and wasn't willing to pay money on something that in the end I knew I wouldn't keep an interest in just to win a few games.But overall, Yu-Gi-Oh I considered to be far better than Pokemon, because Pokemon ended up repeating itself and kept a constant repititive episode formula that after the first two or three seasons got annoying. Digimon Series 1 and 3 were my faves, but they ruined it after that. And Dragon Ball Z has always had top honours in my childhood. Even now I still have the entire collection on DVD. So overall, Yu-Gi-Oh was a great show and card game.

The anime was completely stupid. Why would someone waist MILLIONS on just childrens card games? They just keep on finding ways to try to make playing childrens card games manlier, like on a blimp or on motorcycles, SERIOUSLY.

The anime is silly but I can watch it. The games have all been really bad due to how restricted the cards you can have are compared to the TV series. The only thing I liked was the Dungeon Dice GBA game, which I kept playing over and over. The only other GBA game I can think of to topple it is Advance Wars 2.And the 5D's anime was just shocking when I watched an ep. Ugh.
Should I feel bad if I want everything to become ice cream?
