Just a guess but would it be,the goods (aka the shipment) that the ship isactually carrying. As ships are onlyeither used for transporting goods and thegood once delivered gets the money which fits the partwhere you said " I am responsible for the managing of money." orits just for general transportation it self.so i guess its the load that the ship is carrying

You sometimes look for different words, right?If not load, what about cargo?

Lol, there are so many words that kind of fit these clues.I'm going to go with spirit or heart as my next guesses, because they seem to fit the last clue better than a lot of the other words related to "confidence".

ummm idk the only thing that comes to my mind is stragety, you cant win a war without stragety and the same can be said for any sport and nothing would nevr be done in a workplace without.
