This would be to "fly". Birds and planes both fly and it is a one word verb, so this word should fit all the clues.

I'm not entirely sure on this one, but I would say that you are rice. Rice grows constantly throughout the year and can be polished and bitten. I'm not sure about the white marks and spots, but I'm sure that can happen to some varieties.Also, I'm back after having to replace my computer.
