I actually liked the 64 version as opposed to Assault, liked the feel of it.

Assault cuz it feel different and just flying in a arwing is kinda boring

Assault cause you have more weapons and you don't have to stay in your ship all the time.

Assault would've been my choice if it weren't for those really bad on foot missions.The controls for those are horrible and ruin the feel to the game.

Starfox Adventures was pretty awesome to me. Assault- Not so much. F-Zero GX had 10 missions and that had real gameplay value.

I like starfox assault because the game was pretty hilarious. My favorite part of the game was playing with sniper rifles only and using the single stick controls while doing it. It was near impossible

It is a tie between Star Fox SNES and Star Fox 64/Lylat Wars.Both are absolutely amazing, especially for their time (SNES - 3D graphics were amazing, Lylat Wars - FULL VOICE ACTING and of course better graphics, and a spider-web like path)

My favorite Star Fox is Star Fox 64. The only flaw is it's too easy.
