What is your favorite Fire Emblem game and why? Remember, short answers are against the rules, and you know you want your GP so beware. My favorite Fire Emblem game would have to be Fire Emblem 7: Blazing Sword. Fire Emblem Path of Radiance would have to be a close second. Fire Emblem 7 has a very unparallel unequal storyline. It has so much packed into the game cartridge, and the story alone is unique enough to appeal to me. With the perfect touch of Fire Emblem's famous game play, this game is by far the greatest. Fire Emblem Path of Radiance has a much better game play than the other Fire Emblem, and it is the first to reach consoles. It just lacks that touching story line. It is still unbelievably fantastic! The whole series is great and no other can match it (except maybe Pokemon). How about you Fire Emblem Fans out there?

Dude I would agree with you on those points.I love FE7 and 9 because theyre my first two FE games...Seriously I got BOTH games at the same time: X-mas '07.I wanted to give them away because the boxes didnt appeal to me very well.THat was until I actually put the games in and sat there.....for 12 hours....I was pissed because I thought after Lyn's Ch. 10 the game was over and i stopped playing it until i realized that there was a continuing story.Seriously those two games, as well as the whole series, has replayability. What I would like to add to this are 10 and the remake of 1.Trust me 10, by far has the third longest storyline? in the series behind 5 and 3?( seeing as I never completed them....) The graphics are revamped, improved and they added a tier! Plus more movie scenes to make the game more worthwhile.DS has the online features so you can Crack down on not just NPCs anymore, and that really impressed me.So in short, I love FE7,9, 10, and DS.

My two favorite Fire emblem games are Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn. Of those two I prefer Path of Radiance.

Dude, Radiant Dawn is the best by a long shot. In an age of extremely short games, a game as long and deep as Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn is definitely a game that stands out. All the best units from the already hit Path of Radiance (ok, all the best and Makalov :wtf:) and a new cast of heroes combined, in a new story with incredible revelations like the identity of the Black Knight and the reasons behind the war with Daein. Add to that new nation-joining efforts and massive battles, a second class change for almost all units, and the option to use your very own superstars from Path of Radiance in the game, and you've got a masterpiece on your hands.

I've gotta say my favorite fire emblem game would have to be Sacred Stones. Its only downside was a short story (only 20 chapters), but it more than makes up for it with free roaming on the map, the Tower of Valni for training, and of course, CHOOSING YOUR CLASS UPGRADE! If Radiant Dawn had these three, it would have been the best but alas, Ephraim and his army best Ike's ragtag soldier band-gone-military.

Ok, I am a fire emblem nut. Ive readalot but imnot sure what is true.Is it true that the game will come with a Path of Radiance Bonus disk? Also I heard you can load data from Path of Radiance, BUT you cant load data from the special Wii bonus disk version. Is this true?If so, what do you get for transferring data? I want GoD to comeout already. I have been waiting for it for ages, since it was announced.

I've loved all the FE games I've played so far, and the games even got me further into the genre by convincing me to try out Advance Wars and some other similar titles. My favorite was Path of Radiance, I never finished it but worked through part of the game with a friend a while back. The two GBA ones lasted me for many many hours of playtime and I've only recently downloaded the DS one. The customisability is refreshing considering how awesome the first few FE games were, how comparitively limited the more recent ones have been and how AWESOME it is to start out with whatever kind of team you like.

Mine would have to be Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. The story was quite cool and it was really strategic. I also overleveled my characters so I beat the last level in one turn - which was hillarious when the final stats came up. :)

I liked FE7 the best. It wasn't as easy as sacred stones but it wasn't overly difficult either.

I liked Fire Emblem Sacred Stones, the first one I played and I was hooked immediately, the character Ewan was the best. It was a bit short though.

I've only played a few of them but I'd have to say it was path of radiance by far. My cousin continually insists that it was Radiant Dawn but honestly after training my characters for a whole chapter there is nothing worse then having to play with a new set of people. Also the improved graphics annoyed me, I liked the bright colors bulky figures for Path of Radiance much better.

Radiant Dawn is my favorite, that's probably because I'm a masochist though. I loved the difficulty, I loved the feeling of having to take every chance and opportunity just to survive and every turn if i did not outwit my opponent i would be crushed. Up until the last level, i never felt like I was powerful enough!
