I got my copy of budokai tenkaichi just before the american release (a PAL leak like a week before it should come out in UK). I must say it is an amazing game. the cell shading makes the game feel just like the cartoon. the z gate missions are great, offering alternate situations (e.g. if freiza wasn't beaten by goku like in super sonic warriers). the graphics are 100%, gameplay 100%, story 100% - 100% fantastic!

whoa. how good is it? like are there in-game transformations? i am sure there is since on a gamespot video a man sez there are over 60 different characters and 90 altogether including the transformations. so i WAANT it bad! i have all 3!! I beat kidd buu with gohan in dragonuniverse without losing a sweat!

Anyway, I just picked this one up, and this game is real hot right now. At first when I first played it, (skiped the "how to play" thing) and radditz whooped my donkey, and I was angry n all cause of the controls I wanted to take it back.. but by the time I got to the second saga I was really good!! So pick this up specialy if your a DBZ fan. Oh has anyone masterd teleporting away from attacks? I can do it while melee attacking but to doge.. its hard as hell... 
if anyone knows tell me.

so what do think about the no in game transformation now do you still think its something that they should have put in or not i think its good that there are no in game transformations now i dont have to worry about keeping my ki up so i dont loose my transformation but i would like it to be in mae in the next one if they do make another one

freak ingame transformations... I mean you would be missin out on some hot droppings if you did, because Think about it... If you wanted to use Gogeta or somethin', his Ki goes down like in 30 seconds.. with out ingame trans his KI wouldnt go down and you could actualy enjoy using it O__O!!! Plus.. there wasent a time they trans formed while fighting in the anime anyway... they would all ways stop and talk... and talk.. and talk.. transform then talk some more... lol and Whos all for that talkin? This game is to hot you cant miss this onetheres no in game transformation?!, screw buying the game if that's true

Yeah I got it too. The graphics are better plays alot better and you can finally play some of the big battles. It doesnt matter if there are IGTs or not.

Would people stop with IGTs?! The game is perfect without them and probably much better for it! You can enjoy playing as the character all the way through. If you are unsure about buying it because it has no IGTs, rent it instead and you'll soon change your mind!

i bought the game is sucks i hate it it's easy as hell i completed it in a day and there arent much moves to do and there is no skill required in this game don't buy i'm telling u. play and buy budokai 3 its way betta

Budokai Tenkaichi ftw!I've had this game for a few days and its a massive game and also has great battles .Yeh it wasnt made by the same company (Originally Dimps, this is made by a new group called sPike) and tbh i dont care about IGT it doesnt bother me...The only thing that bothers me is the Oozaru battling, i mean you have to use blasts if you're not an Oozaru...i think Brolly is the only character that can Melee against and Oozaru

the best Dragonball z game ever it feels like your playing the showfirst im glad the IGT are gone half the battle in the older one was going ssj then ussj then ssj2 then ssj3 and finally ssj4 by that time they are dead or you punch the other guy in the face and you win

i think that they should make a budokai RPG...it should be co-op of corse, with online capabilities... and atleast 4 people should be able to play co-op online(not head to head though, the screen would be too frantic for that)...oh yeah, plus a system link.......players are allowed to use sinzu beans(saiyans) get +75% ex. when they heal from heavy damage. humans get +25%. and aliens get +50% (with the exception of cell).androids gain an ex +75% exp. when they absorb kai energy before defeating an enemy......would this be cool.each battle field should bevery larg...i mean the legend of zelda large. and no game is complete without cut scenes.

I liked Budokai 3 a lot. They changed developers right? So I guess I'll just have to rent this game to see if it's good. The graphics look pretty smooth, and the thought of turning supersaiyen and blowing people up still makes me all giddy
