I have recently found the happiness that is N64 emulators, namely banjo-kazooie, but the game won't save. I don't know if i I fancy the thought of playing the initial stages over and over again. I was wondering if it was just the particular rom I found, or if no roms can save? Sorry for being so ignorant, if I happen to have asked in the wrong place I apologize. Any thoughts would be appreciatedMy emulator is sixtyforce if that helps.

Well, from what I've seen and read, it seems that the only way for you to be able to use save states is to actually register the emulator, in other words, pay the author of sixtyforce to be able to save.I'm just wondering why this N64 on Mac decides to force its users to pay for it...

I think the best solution is to switch over to Project 64. I know it's a Windows emulator but this video explains how to get it working on a Mac:http://www.youtube.c...h?v=CmWtCi5ygAYI don't have a mac so I can't say I've tried this method, but it seems to work.
