Mass Effect 2 best use of money right now?

There are a lot of good looking games coming out/that have recently come out. Bioshock 2, Darksiders, Dark Void, Mass Effect 2, Assassin's Creed 2 (been out for a bit now but still), etc. The problem is I only have so much money. I didn't play Bioshock or Assassin's Creed. I did play Mass Effect and loved it. Should I buy Mass Effect 2? Or is there another game out that can match/beat it? I love shooters. 1st or 3rd person doesn't matter much. I like great game play but I also like great story lines. I have xbox live, but I don't know how the multiplayer is on any of those games or even if there is one on some. Help?

Get Mass Effect 2. I'm going to pick up my reserved copy in a few myself - game looks sweet.

Sums up Mass Effect 2 rather well, I would think. Bioshock is another that I would consider highly, although I do not know how well the multi-player will fair in 2.Assassin's Creed was fun but beyond repetitive. I have heard many good things about the second but haven't played it yet.

In case you haven't made up your mind yet, I'd say go with Mass Effect 2, theres a chance Bioshock 2 can be as amazing as Mass Effect 2, but I honestly doubt anything released this year will be better, Ive played through a majority of it, and if you loved Mass Effect, then Mass Effect 2 definitely won't disappoint

Mass Effect 2 definitely won't disappoint. Just about every aspect of the game is improved incredibly over the first. The gameplay itself is vastly improved and much more fun than the original...plus, NO MAKO! I cannot stress enough how glad I am that the Mako was removed.

Honestly it is 100% not your best choice.... BAyonett is amazing! as is Darksider...... Mass effect two was just a very shallow game imo compared to the original....
