One per household. More will result in them all being banned (usually).

Actually, one per person (like how ish and his brother have spearate accounts :(). But if there are separate users in the same household you'd better be able to prove it. If you can't, best play safe and ensure there's only one account per IP.

Yeah, but since most guys who give the "It's my brother" excuse and aren't staff get BOTH accounts banned, it's more like one per IP address, or one per household.

Strictly one per "user", users with more than one account will result in ban from website, repetitive offense results in IP ban.

Argg. I already answered this question perfectly well but the rollback took it away ): . I have to do it again:You canNOT start new topics in the dump. Topics can be moved out of the Dump if it accumulates 50 of more posts that are legit. That means no spamming to get your topic out. If you bump a topic you can't bump those that are 60 days old or more.(You probably can't anyway because it would have been auto-deleted.) Unlike the main SC, posting rules apply like nearly everywhere. You can't keep begging staff to move your topic out of here otherwise that bar over there will be nice and red, if you know what I mean. That is what normal members are expected to do/not do.For Staff:If a topic has been there for more than 30 days it is no longer applicable to be dumped. Only exceptions are obviously dupes. Topics that are more than 20 replies are also no longer able to be dumped. Exceptions are again if it is a dupe and if it is hard to merge with original topic or if it has less replies as the original:Example 1:Pokemon HG and SS Topic - 30 replies- originalPokemon HG and SS Topic - 10 replies - dupe = Dumped or mergedExample 2:Pokemon HG SS Topic - 100 replies - originalPokemon HG SS Topic - 9 replies = DumpedAlso, if Mods feel like if a topic was wrongly moved then it can be moved into the main SC, but only if SMod-Admin allow it.EDIT: Hmm...Was it just me or was there a IPS Error for 10 minutes that didn't let me submit this so I had to copy and paste later?

Based on "The Winners!" post pinned on the debate boards, I think the prize for winning Debate of the Week is you are awarded 250 GP's. These points are divided evenly if more than one poster is voted as having the best argument (so if two people tie, each is awarded 125 GP's)

Ooo pick me... you get 250 GPs but if it is a tie then the 250 gets divided evenly. The winner also gets to pick the next topic.

The prize for winning in the debate of the week will be 250 in GP's. In case of a tie, then the 250 GP's will be split, so that 125 Gp's will be given to both winners. The winner or winners (in case of a tie) will also be given the privilege to create the next topic for the next debate of the week..

I'm going to assume you mean "red" cross, although I could be wrong. In that case, a red cross would mean that that particular topic has been closed.

More importantly, the red cross means the topic is a locked topic and no one can post inside the topic except staff who can fast reply in it. The red cross can be removed in most cases if it is appropriate but if it is like a dupe then it will remain closed forever.

To easy, SOTW stands for Signature of The Week. But since about a month ago it was closed again. Spleen was running it for a while and then lots of people lost interest and then in March, I think, it was reopened by Pengu. SOTW is where basically, members of the DG community pit their skills in Photoshop to try and make the best sig out of the rest to win, I think, 500GPs x number of post worth of GPs.
