If you could pick any console that you had to live with what would it be? There are so many and people would usually pick the most recent ones and stick to them like glue. So many game series have started wonderfully that it leaves the question of which console you would really choose. Would you simply pick an XBox 360 for it's graphics and newer console games or would you accept the retro Super Nintendo for all the wonderful RPG games that it's left deep in our hearts. The ground breaking Nintendo 64 that broke the border of three dimensions or the playstation two that has the flexibility to accept the games of old? The limits are boundless and as time grows on many a console is lost but never forgotten.

Playstation 2. I'd really love to say my good old GBA, but if I'm stuck with one system for the rest of my life it better have a great library of games.

Super Nintendo for sure!!! All my all time favorite games are there. SUPER METROID!!! Not to mention I feel that SNES was the last of the pure gameing systems, back when having a console meant countless hours playing games. Unlike todays systems where it is about how many differnt non gaming things your console can do or if it can run your house for you.

I will stick with what I grew up on, SNES and the brick Gameboy. Why? Because those games made me the gamer today, games today are fun, yes, but nothing can beat Super Mario at its finest...especially Super Mario RPG...(it is the only one just for me...dodododo)

This felt like a really hard one to answer but since I recently got really bored with the graphics of the Nintendo 8bit I have to chose my GBA. One other reason is that I have found so many great games for that console that still entertain me.

I would like to get a Playstation.A PS1,that is.The reason is because of all the games that I missed playing on it.Sure, the new consoles are great, but you know what they say,you can't beat the classics!

I love to stick with Dreamcast like forever! Not only it had a huge, very huge game on it like Shenmue, Sonic, DOA and so much more but it made a huge turn in the gaming industry. Dreamcast is the first console to introduce really nice graphics (Dreamcast came in first than PS2) and during that time, wherein PS1 (no offense, i love PS1 too) is its tough competitor and obviously there is no competition at all, comparing the graphics and also the game play really made PS1 bite the dust. But thats not the point, Dreamcast simply captured my heart the first time it came out where PS1 and PS2 failed to dazzle me, unfortunately.

I'd probably say the DSi or a GameBoy or something of that nature. Cause those are what got me into games in the first place.

i'd have to say the SNES, because while there are lots of other great games on various systems, the SNES is pretty much what i grew up on and a lot of great games nowadays are just remakes of games from said system ^^ kirby super star, chrono trigger, final fantasy (i like the old ones, new ones are bleh XP) and aaaaalllllll the mario games :(
