To be honest, I've never flown anywhere. Not out of fear or anything like that, mind, but due to expenses. While driving takes longer and can be rather boring, it usually ends up cheaper than going by plane. As a result, I've never traveled anywhere by plane. At least, not yet.

It really does depend on how far you're going. Going by car to another country SUCKS! I went by car from england to spain and OMG IT WAS NASTY! XD It took like 36+ HOURS... Aircrafts are better when going to another country, but living in england i guess going from east to west is more easier then doing it in america.

Compared to my cousin I'm not scared of riding airplanes. So depending on far the destination is, my family would go on a car or an airplane. Longest time I've been in a car = 6 hoursLongest time I've been in an airplane = 3 hours? (I forgot)

The only time I liked flying is when I went to Florida and we were in a 747 with really wide seats and lots of space. The other times I've flown we were packed into the planes like sardines....truly horrible, so I definitely think I'd pick automobile. However, watching the sunrise when you're at 30,000 ft is pretty spectacular.

I have an enormous fear of heights, so I detest traveling via airplane. Even though donkeys kill more people than airplanes do each year, I still don't feel comfortable with being thousands of feet in the air. Driving is more risky, I'll admit, but at least I am not that high in an automobile.

Definitely by plane! It's a lot faster than driving. Also I get to just sit back and relax... get in some game time on my DS or PSP. Or maybe even just watch a movie. I also like plane food... dunno why, but I do.

Taking a plane is a lot more safer than driving in the car, So I prefer to travel by plane.

I've loved airplanes since the day I first saw one, but travelling with my paranoid relatives kills the experience. Everytime there's slight turbulence, everyone in surrounding seats panics and starts praying to God. Of course I developed a small fear that I'm trying to kill dead XP

i hate excessively long roadtrips, so i would say by plane. but a plane is annoying too cuz it's crowded and difficult to sleep in. so by plane, but in first class

Never been on a plane in my life, am I afraid of flying? Nope, if I wanted to go somewhere, I would get on a plane, the part that bothers me is standing in the ****ty lines, and waiting to be checked to get on to a plane.

Have you ever flown before? When was the last time you flew?Driving for hours actually makes me more sick than flying, I guess it's because driving isn't on a straight line while flying is (For a large part of the journey).Flying once in a while is ok but if it gets too often I can see how it can suck, horribly.I know jet engines suck horribly, In an awesome kind of way.

I'm not scared of flying, I have done it many times, and I actually like it a bit. It's funny when you get free food, though that's only when you fly Cyprus Airways, for as far as I know. Though all my flights are beneath 5 hours, I don't know how I will react on a long flight...Next years my sister's boyfriend will probably fly with us, and that's gonna be his first time.. But it's only Greece, that's about 4 and a half hours of flying (I live in Holland). I would love to go Somewhere outside Europe, though it will be a longer flight. I guess I'll have to wait for that 'till I'm at least 18.. :happybday:

Plane all the way! I think going to the airport and waiting around is actually pretty exotic compared to driving around some more. I also love the view and when the plane lands and takes off. I hate the air pressure though and ears popping.

depends on the weather and distance. I prefer flying if it takes >5 hours to drive there.

Plane for speed and maybe money. But if you have a lot of luggage and not much distance, car is definately better.

i rememeber flying on an airplane when i was a child. I threw up so it was not a great experience. I remember being on a car. I threw up too lol. I get motion sickness a lot so i dont like to travel much. I go with airplane because you can sort of throw up in fashion.

I would choose an airplane for travel because when you're in a car, you could be stuck in traffic. Air travel is a lot faster and a lot more comfortable.
