What is the whole point of a cheat i mean i know why you would use them but what do people mean by cheats formerly speaking.

I'm assuming you're referring to cheats in the context of games. Correct me if I'm wrong.
If you're using "cheats," you're not playing the game the way it should be played and you're giving yourself an unfair advantage to complete the game, I would think. Like using codes in a GTA game to get unlimited life or something whereas if you played the game without the code, you wouldn't have that advantage.Isn't that a cheat?what do people mean by cheats formerly speaking.
If you can't play a game good enough to complete it, then you would resort to using "cheats" so that you can play and finish the game.I'm sure I didn't need to tell you that though.What is the whole point of a cheat i mean i know why you would use them.

Cheats are things that give you an unfair advantage. There is really no point in cheating in a games because then the game becomes too easy and becomes boring. UNLESSS, the makkers deliberately made it impossible to complete without using cheats which in that case it wouldn't be cheating anymore. Otherwise you might want to use a gameshark or something to cheat in order to simply get extra items or something after you beat the game in wich case it would be using the game to its full potential and NOT CHEATING.

Cheats are what people use to unfairly get ahead in video games. There's sometimes key combinations you can put in, or a place to enter a cheat code, and different ones do different things. Like, for instance, you could have a cheat to make you invincible, or skip levels or increase your score exponentially.

i only sometimes use cheat when i replay a game i have finished playingjust for seeing the differncesdo u call using a guidebook about a certain game u can buy in gamestorealso cheating ????,

The way how I see cheats,it basically changes parts of the game or your character making the game's difficulty easier.Of course,this is unfair to people who play the game without cheats.A lot of reasons why people decide to use cheats is because some parts of the game is too hard to beat,or they're just not good players and want to use cheats to trick other people into thinking they are.This is just how I see it,of course.

I think cheats are doing something that wasn't originally put in the game and therefore giving the player an advantage.

To me it's anything that changes the game outside of it's original parameters. I do use them but only after I am stuck or after I've already beat it.

When you cheat with codes, you make it to easy to even being able to enjoy the game in my opinion. Of course you are going to win if you have infinite HP or 1HKO everything 
I am however guilty of when being stuck for a while I tend to search for my answer on gamefaqs.com or google.com .. I do think it's cheating, but if I'm stuck I couldn't complete the game anyways so I might just go along and find out what I have missed.Cheaters don't win!

I think if use cheats to complete a mission in a game is not something very fun to do because people want to complete a mission by using their brains to do it.it is more interesting if its like that because you will feel proud of what you have done instead cheating.Thats why i find cheating not an interesting thing to do.When you cheat with codes, you make it to easy to even being able to enjoy the game in my opinion.
