It's hard to fall asleep when it's hot outside, it feels like my feet are boiling (not a pleasant feeling)

I rather sleep in the cold than the hot because Texas summer is crazy... Especially when your parents doesn't turn on the a/c!

I like sleeping when it's cold. It's much harder for me when it's hot.For some reason though,I always cover myself from head to toe with my blanket,no matter what temperature it is,but I always end up kicking it off.

It's nice enough for me to sleep in cool condition. But too cool can cause my allergy rise though. So,I would put my covers on whenever in sleep under air conditioner.

I'd rather sleep in my cool, air conditioned room on a nice summer night rather than get cooked alive- NO FUN!!

Cool. The climate decides the optimum sleeping point, though I'll really just sleep any chance you give me

Somewhere in the middle is good. I like it a *little* on the cool side, but not cold. Because then I just shiver and can't sleep.

In our old house, I used to have a ceiling fan above my bed. Didn't seem to do much during the summer when it was reeeeally hot out, though. Now we've got central air conditioning and heating in each room, so I can adjust the temp much more easily.

Yep.That's a waste here.I just need my fan.I just asked coz i never saw a fan in my mom's place.I found it hard to sleep with a 10 cm thick blanket.Ugh.I used to remove the bedsheet from it and sleep. But that occasionally was too cold :D So what about Ramsey's leg?

I'm very picky when it comes to sleep because I'm a light sleeper. I absolutely need no light or sounds. Temperature wise it just needs to be a nice middle probably leaning more towards cool.

It can't be too warm or too cold for me, but I have to be warm or I'm up all night.

I always sleep better when it's cold out. As my mother always told me, better to be cold and put more clothes on and too hot and have nothing else to take off. Same applies to when I'm sleeping. If I get to hot when it's cold out, I can just slip a leg out, but if it's too hot, I gotta sleep in the tub with the window on with a small stream of cold water running into the tub. Seems like too much work.

At the moment, with the all the snow and -10 minus in Sweden at night, I prefer to go to bed when it's cold and fall asleep next to another warm body. Hopefully, I'll wake up that way as well :)Don't really like the "AAAARG, my bed is so cold" feeling when I'm alone, rather have no blanket on and be a bit hot then the other way around to be honest.

The cooler, the better. I sleep best when the window's wide open, and I'm getting a nice, pleasant breeze, especially in the winter. This means I can curl up in my comforter and snuggle deep within the covers. This contrast really helps me feel more cozy, helping me sleep better! Also, I often find my girlfriend sleeping next to me, and since I seem to be a sweater, I often find myself waking up in pools of sweat from our combined body heat, which means cold sleeping conditions are a must!

While there is such a thing as too hot, I definatly prefer to be warm while sleeping than cool. I just don't like being cool/cold very much. I also prefer as little light as possible. Background noise is okay, but not too much. Unless I'm uber tired, then I'll sleep through just about anything.
