I can sleep anywhere (I think) but I prefer sleeping in my bed with a blanket on and a peaceful environment.

What exactly is sleep paralysis.

Sleep paralysis is a phenomenon wherein you wake up in the middle of the night and stay conscious but your body remains asleep, yeah you can't move even your damn fingers and it is usually accompanied by being unable to breathe. Scary eh? I usually experience it when I sleep after a stressful work.on topic: I fall asleep easily on a cozy bed inside a cool room, and I prefer open windows rather than air condition.

Hmm.. Sleeping in the cold is unbearable for me. I can only fall asleep when I'm warm really.. Even if only my feet are cold, I can't get myself to fall asleep. So, basically I sleep with a big bed sheet whether it's summer or winter. I suppose I just like to feel warm after all the cold weather outside in Canada.

Definitely when its cooler. I like being wrapped up in blankets with my dog on the foot of my bed and not become overheated. When its hot the only way I can sleep is with the AC or a fan. Otherwise I cannot go to sleep.

I like to sleep with a comfortable comforter ( those thick fluffy blankets) so it has to be cold or i'll sweat up a storm before i fall asleep, then i can't sleep for a while and my ceiling fan is on 24\7 i hate coming into a stale feeling room and can't sleep without it.

I like it cold. I keep the window open even in winter and have a fan running and don't turn on the heat at all. Maybe it's the 4 cats on my bed making it too warm in there...

I prefer sleeping in a warm environment. If it's humid or chilly, I will be miserable. ^_^

I've got to have cold. If it's too warm, my stomach starts churning, and there will be No Sleeping on my part.

I have noticed since a young age that I sleep better when it is hot outside then when it is cold. My main problem is that i can feel the cold through my blanket. The other problems are minor but they accumulate fast. Such as; cramping, cause i curl up, wake up in the middle of night because i move a lot and my blanket gets moved brrrrrr, i also can't lucid dream as well. When its hot out the only problem i have is night sweats.

The only time I can really ever say I like it cold is when I am about to go to sleep. I can wrap myself up nice and warm in the sheets and I will be asleep in no time.

I rather sleep in the cold than the hot because Texas summer is crazy... Especially when your parents doesn't turn on the a/c!

^ Very true. I've been known to sleep in nothing but my sports bra and underwear because it was so hot, and for frame of reference I'm so modest that I won't even wear a normal swimsuit.I'd rather be a lot cold than a little hot--especially since, if I'm chilly, it's easy to throw on a long-sleeved shirt or a jacket or something. I can sleep under just about any conditions--cold, bright, dark, on the couch, on an air mattress, on the floor, and if I'm already asleep you can pretty much throw a party around me so long as certain sounds aren't made (the dog can bark her head off, but sandman forbid my mother says my name). But if it's hot, I'll toss and turn and take two hours to fall asleep, and wake up every hour.
