without a doubt when it's cold. doesn't everybody have trouble sleeping when it's hot? the biggest problem with the heat is that i need a blanket when i sleep don't like to sleep without some kinda cover, but of course that's a problem when it's sweltering. i love sleeping when it's cold out but i can jus bury myself under my sheets. very nice

As close to complete darkness and complete silence is what I like. If I have that, I am asleep instantly.

I sleep better when it is cold. When it is warm I just get really sweaty and it becomes difficult to get any sleep.

It's so impossible for me to sleep when it is too hot. I end up just covering myself in water if there is no AC. I love it being 70 at night.

It's easier for me to sleep when conditions are warm. It eases me into my sleep. I find sleeping in cold conditions to be more uncomfortable.

i like it to be warm but not to hot... and i cant stand that feeling of my feet being to hot, so i usually have them stickin out of the blanket lol... and i cant fall asleep unless i have a movie on, or a tv show or something, i cant stand silence lol

Hate excessive heat so cold is best, but when it is too cold you just shiver in bed for ages

I prefer when it's cold, because it's always easier to get warmer than cooler. So I have a lot of trouble sleeping in the summer when there's no a/c.

For the most part, it's when it's cold out that I sleep better because it means that I can cover myself up with my blanket, get warm... Then get a nasty chill when I need to get out for some reason or another. *Shiver*At the same time, I sleep more frequently when it's warm. Might be because I wake up sooner, and thus get tired sooner too. I dunno though...

When it is cooler for sure. I can't stand the heat, it feels so uncomfortable. It's like if I want to wrap myself up in my blanket then I have to turn the AC on first

i prefer a soft bed, with a climate that is neither too hot nor too cold, and some soft music playing to relax me.
