After living in Alabama for 20 years, I've gotta say I'd rather sleep cold than hot. You can bundle up all you want to get warm enough to fall asleep, but there's only so much you can take off before everyone starts yelling at you for running around almost naked just because you're hot. ;)

I can sleep better in either condition but ultimately, cold as you can warm yourself up but it's a pain to cool yourself down...

Not too hot, not too cold. My body should be warm, but my feet should be cold.

I love the cold because of the wind and that icey feeling you get when sleeping. I usually leave my window open so some cool air can enter.

I like it when it's nice and warm, but I can sleep in both conditions.I mean, I can always load myself with clothes when it's cold, and can get used to the heat fairly easily, so it doesn't really bother me.

I get a good knights sleep

:gs:I usually can only sleep when all lights are off, and there is absolutely no sound around me. I can sleep in hot or cold, just as long as it's quiet and dark.

I find myself sleeping better when it's frigid. If I'm too cold, pile on the blankets. If I'm fine, less cover.

Slightly chilly is the best way to go, cause if you're hot, then you can't really do anything. Also, darkness helps a lot, and there should be some small sounds cause if it's completely silent, then i feel like my hearing is amplified without me wanting it to, which can get really annoying..

Cold, definitely! You won't wake up feeling all sticky and icky. That nagging feeling that you have to take a bath...! It always happens when I fall asleep on the couch on a hot day. :bad: Darkness helps, but my sister prefers a small little light to be turned on whenever she sleeps. I can never figure out why though-- that light is in front of our mirror and if I stare at it for too long, I start to imagine shadows and reflections. Way scarier than the dark. ):

I have to have my feet warm when I sleep, so when I see some anime where the people sleep with their feet hanging out of the blanket I feel rather confused and chilly. But usually when people sleep like that it is during the summer so there you go. I have a fan going during the summer and during the winter I have one of those electric blankets.

Judging a person does not define who they are.
It defines who you are.
