if you have the chance take a deep breath and meditate...and if not then think about meditating or getting stronger idk helps me and i have a complex mind

Eating, tearing paper/tissues, sipping water, stutter a bit.

i took a speech class so it helped a little bit. Though if i feel nervous talking to a person i would just try to avoid them. Usually i dont get nervous that often which is good in my case.
