I've pretty much plateau'd, but I have the opposite problem. I have the problem where I can't seem to drop an ounce no matter what I try. I'm 6', but weigh nearly double some of the previous posters.Guess this is one of those things where the grass is always greener on the other side.

I can get weight, but my body always put my weight on balance. Ex: I'm 107. I gain 3 pound. 110. My body somehow quickly turn my weight back to 107.High metabolism. What can I say?But yeah, sometimes it's hard for me to increase my weight, just takes more time...

Sometimes I wonder why I can't have a stable weight, but I really don't try. Guess thats where my problem lies, eh?I'm lucky. I weight a decently high number but nobody believes me if I tell them. Here's an example. If I weighed 107 I would probably appear to be a 75 lb annorexic. So my goal is 130 because if I try for 115 like I originally thought, i'm sure I'll look 90 lbs and unhealthy. But my body just works with big.

I eat like a pig like you will always see me eating but i never put on any weight i think i only get my weight from my height because im pretty tall and someone said its because i have high matabalism or something i really dont know how ot spell it. Im glad with my weight tho because ino its kind of harsh but i dont ever want to get fat because i just would'nt be able to look in the mirror. I wanna stay skinny forever lol kind of stupid i know but its just i would'nt be able to fathem the fact that i was fat its just ugh cringe worthy and im sorry to those who are fat. i wasnt trying to offence you; really

Yeah, all the time. I've tried eating nothing but junk food and fattening (but meat free) foods for an entire day, gained one pound, then burned ten from lying on my bed daydreaming for twenty minutes.

55kg is my maximum weight.. I can't seem to gain any more than that, no matter what I eat and no matter how little I exercise. It'd probably change as I grow older though.

No. This would clearly be a luxury most American's don't get to have.

Yeah. I eat plenty--more than many of my friends but I'm still way skinnier than them. I feel like I just can't gain weight no matter how much I eat.

I have the opposite problem, can't seem to drop weight. But the other day I was talking to an athletic friend of mine. Apparently after a work out, one should eat some carbohydrates within 5-15 minutes after finishing the workout. After that, then take the protein within the hour. Never knew that

I'm so jealous of all you people with such excellent metabolisms; it seems like everything I eat goes straight to my thighs before I even digest it. :Chill:

No. I am not one who gains weight, since I've only gained five pounds over an amount of two years. Not complaining; I haven't had so much fat in my body since I was a baby. :oh snap:

I was like that when I was 14/15, but then I started getting lazier... okay, not really, but when I lived in my small hometown I walked to and back from school. Living in the big city everything's too far, so I get the bus. The college campus is pretty big, so it helps, but now that I'm graduating I'll probably lose that. But my girlfriend has that same "problem". With everyone else trying to get thinner, we wonder if it isn't some sort of curse for being so insufferably non-fattening. :haha:
