My SAT scores were terrible. I don't even keep them memorized. My ACTs I can kind of brag about. I got a 32 on those *feels semi-smug* Though, I know people who've gotten 36 (perfect). At the same time, SATs and ACTs don't really measure intelligence.

In Sweden we have a slightly different system, with a grade score that reaches from 0 - 2.0 .. When I did the test the first time I only got a 1,2 (which is bad..) and the second time I got a 1.4.The best thing about that test is that you can do it more then once and you learn how it works so if I did it a few more times I would probably get a better score.

I went into both tests with 0 prep. Didn't bother with any of the practice tests. I scored a 1600 on my SAT (pretty crappy) and a 24 on my ACT (meh). I'm in the 2nd quarter in my high-school so I can still get into the colleges I want to go to, both tests seemed pretty repetitive though

I actually never did my SAT's, seeing as they're only really needed to get into college right out of high school. If you go to a community college and get your AS/AA from there, then you can go to pretty much any University that you want as long as you have the means (read: money) to do so.

I took my SATs twice. First time, I broke 2000, but I don't remember by how much; the second time, I got 2210. I did comparatively horribly on the math section. I just was horrible at SAT math, including the math II subject tests, where 700 is in the 60th percentile. I did well on my essay, which is complete ****, which is probably why I broke 2200.

i didn't do too well...but i bet if i took it again after all of my college knowledge lol rhyme.....I'd probably kick its butt! Its really a silly test if you think about it because it measure your knowledge up to the 10th grade...whats the point of 11 and 12?

I've never taken the SAT, but that's because I live in Canada. Though, my parents are thinking to make me go get tested anyways. For those who taken it, is it hard? I heard it's really different from what you learn in school and it really doesn't seem like something simple.

The first time I took it I went out partying the night before and ended up with a 1550. The second time I took it I was much more serious about it and ended up with a 1850.

I believe my score was 1920, but it still wasn't enough to get me into anything other than a state university. The thing about the SAT and ACT is that it's more or less an all or nothing deal. As far as the SAT is concerned, there doesn't seem to be much of a difference between getting a 1300 and a 1800, for example.

I perfected this technique while under a rock.

Studied hard, got 2200 flat on my SAT. Walked into my ACT cold, got a 34. I'm not complaining.

I got a 1500 for the SAT, but mainly because when it was time for the math parts I just didn't put any effort into it.

Got a 1400, didn't really think about it because I'm going to a community college.
