I think There isn't because of the system capabilities you mentioned and that A PSP emulator doesn't exist even for a PC.I've tried a DS emulator for the PSP and even that was way too slow to play.

Can the DS emulate ANYTHING but GBA? There's NO WAY it can emulate something so totally more powerful.

It might be able to given some serious utilization. It has 2 screens and a decent 3D renderer. No on the whole if even a GBA emulator after years of work can't run full speed on a PC 10X its specs That would be a definite No to PSP emulation on an NDS.

The question would get more positve answers if it was how to put psp on PC or NDS on PSP.Have you seen the video on how to put COD 4 on a PSP.Well do it the same way.Found it.If you value your time then skip the video, If you want the serious COD 4 on your PSP then watch. It is the most horrible video ever.I wouldn't be surprised if it turned my post to spam.
But you can use remote play with a PS3No to be serious It's impossible to do that.If it wasn't I would be playing Serious PC games rather than emulating NDS roms on my PC.

I would imagine the only way is if they made a DS version of the game.
