Rydia, the green haired girl in Final Fantasy II/IV, the whole child to adult thing was just very interesting to me.

Squall and Rinoa are the best two characters to ever grace the FF series. They both have great character design, and they both are more "human" in a sense than any other FF hero/ heroine. (If you understand what I mean)

Zidane. A heroic rise and fall story and some occasionally trippy but often extremely powerful moves.

So many characters, its easier to break it down by the game ><. FF4- Kain FF6- SetzerFF7- Sephiroth FF8- SquallFF9- Vivi FF10- WakkaFF11- Hume no. 5 FF12- BalthierKefka ftw though.

Ohh... It's kinda hard to choose!!!!In FFII I like LeonIn FFIII Luneth is y FavouriteIn FFIV (Don't laugh) Edward is my favourite, and can easily be the strongest character in FFIVAIn FFV I grew fond of Galuf, Shame he diesIn FFVI there's a major tie: The Figaro BrothersIn FFVII: Cid is my favourite, although Cait Sith and Vincent follow him closelyin FFVIII Irvine is my favIn FFIX, tough choice... I'd say everyone exept GarnetFFX I hate the overrated Yuna... Wakka owns all!FFXII Balthier... no question...now... if I was forced to pick one.... I'd say Sabin. I would have to say that Cloud Strife is my favorite all-time Final Fantasy character (and maybe even my favorite character ever). Cloud was so amazing in Final Fantasy 7 and was built upon so much more in the sequels and prequels to Final Fantasy 7. I also think that his weapon is another cool element to Cloud, because most sword-wielding characters use a thin little sword, while Cloud uses a giant sword to destroy his enemies.

For playable characters I would say Vivi from 9, for any other I would have to say Bahamut from any of the series.

To be honest, (and o hai I'm a noob) at first, I disliked Squall. However, on my most recent playthrough, I kind of began to identify with him a little more. He's frustrated--the people around him are kind of annoying, everyone is always looking up to him to be the leader, and he's not really optimistic because, from where he's standing, there's nothing to be excited about. Also.. his job is his life.So, my vote goes to Squall. If I had a secondary vote, it would go to Cloud... Because he's.. Cloud.

I'd say Cloud, except he doesn't seem to have much personality, especially in Advent Children.So.. maybe Zach?

Squall has ben my favourite character since i was young. he shows courage nd bravery and i love gunblades.i also want to name who i fink are equal with squall.Tidus and yuna - i found it so sad in FFX - 2 wen the person wasn't tidus.Rinoa Quistuszell - always da hyper oneauron - coz he is awesomebrother of FFX - 2 - his humour cracks me up
