I'm closer to my mom, but I'm on good terms with both of my parents. My moms the one I can always go to about anything though.

I grew up around my mother much more than my father. If he wasn't in Jail, he was out of town working. Ipso facto, I'm a momma's boy.

I feel like I get along better with my dad, and the relationship we have sometimes seems to outweigh my moms, but I do live with her, which might make me think that seeing as we're around each other more to get on each others nerves.

my mom and i do get on each other nerves, but that's expected when we both want to have things our own way.but her motherly love makes up for all of that including the fights and every thing that fallowsI feel like I get along better with my dad, and the relationship we have sometimes seems to outweigh my moms, but I do live with her, which might make me think that seeing as we're around each other more to get on each others nerves.
fathers can be ass hole, mine has never been there for me my whole life, it been my mom all the way. mom i love you!!!!My dad kicked me out of his house. Naturally, I'm closer to my mom.

My mother is my father.its my mother, she is always there for me. she's the one i talk to when i have a problem, she's totally awesome!!!

I'm closer to my mom seeing as shes the one who took care of my for all my life while my day was in another city getting drunk and smoking his health away.

In my experience most people are closer with the parent of the opposite sex. This isn't always true, but it seems to hold true in my area providing both parents are stable.

When i was younger my dad wasnt very nice so much preferred my mum.. now my dads awesome and love em both to bits so couldn't really choose now

My mom for sure. My dad is like scary srsly. He has such a short temper and so full of himself.. everything is either a joke... or BS... At least my mom listens and actually TRYS to understand me better

I respect my dad, but never really got along with him...its always kinda awkward to talk to him. Doesn't live with us anyway, haven't heard from him for months...eh. *shrugs*

i have the same problem with my dad, it always feel like i'm trying to communicate with a brick wall, he doesn't listen or respect my views, i have a easer time talking to my momdefinitely my mother, my father is rarely around.
